Everything was great. John made sure everything was ready to go when we got there, and even checked in on us to ensure we were all good while we were there. Great location, great host! I will be staying there again!!!

Wonderful stay and location

Great location, easy walk to beach, restaurants, shops. The pool on site was a great, as well! Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend! Owner was easy to communicate with and the place was clean!

Our new favorite vacation spot

This was our second stay at this property, and we have already booked a third stay for 2025! A great value given all the amenities (pool, private access to beach, and great location close to restaurants and shopping).

Marco February Vacation Stay

We enjoyed staying the month. The beach location with private access was fantastic. And the pool and it’s surroundings were lovely.

Birthday trip

This is a very nice place very well kept up in walking distance to lots of things the beach is beautiful the water felt amazing communication with the owner was awesome I would recommend it to anybody we went to the Snook Inn down the road amazing food

Wonderful property!

This condo has a great location, just across the road from the beach and has its own private walkway. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed for our week long stay. The kids loved the heated pool :)

Will stay here again

Stayed here for an annual girls weekend and loved the location, directly across the street from private access to the beach. Having stayed on Marco island previously we knew beach access can be tricky and were happy with this condo. The closet had everything you need for a day at the beach. We will definitely look at staying here for our next trip.

Great unit

The unit is in a fabulous location, is well equipped and all communication with owner was simple and easy. The private beach gate and the overall condominium complex is very nice. Highly recommend and am booked for next year already.

Two week vacation in March

Enjoyed stay at well appointed rental unit that was clean and accommodated all our needs. The owner was very responsive meeting our needs with us being the second time staying there. Great views from 4th floor enjoying condos swimming pool and Pickle Ball courts. Would stay there again.
