This unit is not meant for four people. The pull out sofa bed was terrible to sleep on. The metal could be felt while sleeping. The bed made noises as I crossed and turned at night which woke up my family in the main room. Also there needs to be another mirror or a full length mirror in the unit since the only mirror was in the bathroom.

Beautiful sunsets

Apartment looks exact like pictures, it was clean with everything you need! The only think was the sofa bed in living room, it wasn’t confortable at all.

Food is great on the island. We suggest checking out Marco Movies, it was so fun and the food was really good, and our daughter loved it! Another suggestion would be beach shoes, it’s very shell heavy!

Great location!

Beautiful views and great condo! Very convenient with kids with the pool beach and restaurant. Love the updates in the condo! Unfortunately there was a lot of work being done to other condos so there was so much dust and debris all over the patio. Every time we wanted to sit outside we would have to wipe everything down and sweep.

Great location, but would not stay at this property again

Bed sheets were stained, a few towels were threadbare in places, metal rim on outside door at base was bent and sticking out, lock on sliding door loose, main door had flimsy lock. We did not cook as some dishes had food in them and some utensils were dirty. No vacuum was provided. After asking, a broom and dust pan were provided. We were on the second floor. There were no exit signs for stairs in case of emergency. There were steps outside on the second floor leading to the ground level, but you had to use a key to unlock the gate. The property was being painted while we stayed at the condo. When we signed the rental agreement we were not made aware of this. The patio was covered with grit almost every day from their work, and the bedroom window was covered on the outside with plastic for a few days while we were staying there. We would NOT have booked this rental had we known about the painting and work being done on the building. I did like the shaded parking spot. The beach was great.

Updated, clean, and perfect for 2. Small space but it's all you need. We had 4 people, 2 small children who slept on sleeper sofa that wasn't comfortable for them. You would want to consider if older adults or bigger kids. The toilet was unable to flush for about 30 min after the last person. Not sure if was an issue with just ours or the condo? We did not report. We had what was needed for breakfast and lunch but ate dinner out each night. There is no oven for cooking as an fyi. Need to use a key to get in and out of most areas of condo. Good for security but a fob what be more convenient when your hands are full of beach items. We would stay again!

The View is Everything!

We rented two units for thanksgiving. They were renovated beautifully. The living room needs a small coffee table, and the TVs only sometimes worked, but otherwise the property had everything we needed. The large balcony is the real star of the unit and we hope to come back!

Nice place

I rented this unit while I was at Marco for a conference down the road at the JW Marriott. It was clean and well decorated. I would stay there again. The restaurant on the 1st floor is a great perk of staying here.
