Trip to DC and other Cities

Our stay was a week long. One of the first things we noticed was how well equipped it was. The cleanliness was impressive. The location allowed us to get where we wanted to go with ease. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect for our stay. It was close to grocery shopping and the Metro. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. The house was very nice and had enough space and amenities. My family of 5 stayed here for 10 days while we visited DC and the surrounding area. The home was clean and comfortable. A nice place to come back to and relax each night. The washer/dryer was great to have access to. We had one issue with the lock, but Khue and her brother were very responsive and walked us through it! Great place to stay. Close to DC. Would stay here again.

The perfect place for our family......

Our stay was great! Such a lovely quaint home, and we really had everything we needed. There were a couple of hiccups that I brought to the host's attention, and she was totally accommodating and understanding. We hope to return next summer!!

Wonderful place to stay!

A few friends and I stayed here for a long weekend and the stay was wonderful! The property was clean and very close to local shopping so we were able to grab some groceries for the house easily. Khue was a wonderful host and extremely responsive and accommodating to all of my questions/requests. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are traveling to the DC area!

Perfect place for our family for a DC trip!

Everything was as listed, and communication with the host was especially excellent and she was very responsive to messages. There were enough beds for our family of six which includes two teens, so having the space and beds was amazing. Our favorite things: a big hot water heater for good showers, great washer and dryer, quiet neighborhood, only a 13-15 minute drive from the Franconia-Sprongfield Metro parking garage and station made going in/out of downtown surprisingly easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent

Our Police Motor Unit stayed at this home during Police Week in DC. The accommodation was well stocked, was really clean, in a safe quiet location, and all conversations with the host were promptly and sufficiently answered. We actually met the host, as we were loading our motors after our final escort, and they were super nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay for DC visit.

This was a great rental property. We were in town for the Patriots vs Redskins game and to do some sightseeing. This house was in great driving distance to shopping, food, brewery, metro, airport. It was exactly as pictured in Homeaway. Great deck and we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice, lush green, quiet neighborhood, but also very close to freeway entrance and shopping. Well arranged and comfortable house with a lovely deck. Very clean.

Nice location in a quiet neighborhood

The house was as advertised and the owner was very responsive. The house is located near a wonderful park that allowed me to do my daily walks in peace and serenity.

Alexandria House

Great location for easy access to many sites around northern Va! Owner was very helpful and communicative. Neighborhood was charming and safe. Wish the fireplace was working and the LR furniture were more comfy but all in all a great stay.

Clean and comfortable

Our school group rented this for some of our adult chaperones to stay in. It was nearby our larger rental house and very convenient to get back and forth. The house was clean and had everything we needed.

A nice place to stay when you’re going to VA hospital.

We stayed here due to going to VA hospital. It is a very quiet neighborhood, close to shopping and the freeways. The kitchen is stocked with extra’s. The only thing I wasn’t aware of was the tv doesn’t have cable, you can add your streaming devices, we were unable to add ours, we’re not good with electronics. We would stay here anytime when coming to this area!👍

DC Family Trip

First, communication with the owner was outstanding. The home was very comfortable for our family of grandparents, daughter, and grandson. We enjoyed being able to relax after long days of visiting all the sights of DC. Everything was bright, new (kitchen, baths) and clean. The neighborhood is quiet and the home is on a larger lot that felt private. We would gladly return.

wonderful stay

we had a very wonderful stay at this property. It was just 15-20 min drive to most of the washington dc attractions. The neighbourhood was quiet. The home was comfortable having everything what we needed. We loved the extra foldable floor mattresses provided. I have just one feedback for the owner, the queen-bed mattress was kind of very soft on one of the sides. The other-side was ok.

Spring Break in DC

Family of 4 stayed over spring break. Home was clean and worked perfectly for us. Location to food, highways and metro was good. Only negative was home was listed as having a hot tub which it does not, so we were a little disappointed. Khue was very communicative. Nothing fancy and walls could use a paint job, but would recommend.

amazing, awesome, exciting most wonderful family time.

This property was the most amazing experience. Everything was clean and neat,inside and out. Everything we needed and didn't was there. I mean they had everything from A to Z. Weekend at Alexandria West

1. Khue is very accommodating host. He helped us with every question and was the most flexible host trying to help. Great person. 2. House was immaculate clean upon our arrival. 3. Location is close to the park, I went for a nice run. 4. Quiet area but very close to shops and food and easy access to highway. 5. would definitely recommend to stay at this house.

Also, you don't want to miss the wonderful architecture and art work in the Library of Congress and the Kennedy Center for Performance Arts, to name a few.
