We appreciate you coming to stay with us Julie and sorry to hear everything was short of your expecations. As noted in the listing this is a temporary project while they upgrade over there, it varies each week and we lowered rates as it's not the regular situation. We truly hope this didn't catch your group off guard and our team is always available to assist if you need. Unfortunately the HOA had to reset the elevator one day as well. We hope you would consider coming back once the upgrades are completed

Thank you for coming to visit Darby and we do apologize for any issues during your stay. We appreciate your patience as some of the equipment is HOA managed so we did need a couple extra minutes to notify them of the alarm. Sorry for any miscommunication with the microwave, our maintenance team is very trust worthy and assure you they did their best to connect with you as requested. You may notice the listing does note it's ski in and walk out for this condo, if you ever need a closer condo we do have those as well.

Thank you for the great review and glad you enjoyed the property and location! We double checked after you left and there are 8 bowls. The unit has lots of cabinets and is really well stocked so maybe you missed them but glad the mugs worked.

Steve we hope you had a nice stay but this is not quite accurate. You had noted you were calling the wrong number, but the HOA did send people and by then you were inside already. If you were in any real trouble please always do notify the proper people. We offered to send staff as well but your denied us. We are always here if you need and wish you had enjoyed this place as several others had before you

We want all of our guests to have a wonderful time, unfortunately this review is very inaccurate. You notified us the key wasn't working so we offered to have someone there immediately, you decided instead to go to dinnner. In the meantime we had our inspector check the lock box and key and they waited for you to personally demostrate the lock box and ensure you got in. You also noted you never read the listing until arriving, we certainly didn't want the temporary offsite parking to catch you off guard and gave a discount for the inconvenience. The next day we checked in on you, and you insisted on leaving, refusing to even try the lock box or allow a staff member to assist. We had you bring the keys to our back up location so our staff wasn't locked out. We had maintenance immediately check them after you dropped them off and they confirmed again the keys and lock box were working fine. Our team is always here to help and wish you had allowed us the additional 10 mins to meet you again the next day
