Apt 100 meters from the cleanest beach of the coast, located on the 7th floor, the nearest, with beach service (chairs and umbrella with reserved place), valet garage and daily cleaning of the apt, including wash up to dishes. Swimming pools, soccer and tennis courts.
BUILDING WITH OWN GENERATOR.
Beautiful sea view from the balcony of the apartment with safety net. With nice / comfortable decoration, American kitchen with fridge, toaster, coffee maker, mixer, microwave, living room and a suite .Two LCD TVs (living room and bedroom), air conditioning in the suite, ceiling fan in the living room and suitable accommodation for 4 people.
Excellent beach, very clean and very safe.
Very well-policed city with horses, tricycles and cars.
The apt has internet (Wireless, just ask the password at the reception).
We do not charge cleaning fee

Apto limpinho e tudo organizado
Eu e minha família estivemos no início do mês no apto da Sra Leila,para férias das crianças e comemorarmos 15 anos de casados,foi simplesmente maravilhoso.Apto confortável,tudo limpinho,ficamos impressionados com a estrutura,pois não tivemos nenhum contratempos,em relação ao apto.Fiquei super a vontade,a limpeza era feita diariamente,e tudo muito organizado.Recomendo para toda a família e principalmente pra quem tem criança.Meus filhos não queriam vir embora.Retornarei em breve e no mesmo apto e é claro com a Sra Leila que é super atenciosa e muito honesta.Obrigada mais uma vez.100% satisfeita.Samantha
