アウトドアリビングも用意されており、メインリビングエリアからはバーベキューエリアが開いています。 この快適なスペースには、ガスバーベキューに��え、屋外でのんびりした夏のランチとディナーをお楽しみいただけます。

「バレンシア」は、ほとんどすべての人にアピールする楽しい家族旅行先であり、家族や友人と共有したいと思うものです！

寝具の構成

「バレンシア」は、大人���子供の組み合わせを最大12人まで快適に眠るように構成されています。

ベッドルーム2：クイーンサイズベッド1台

リネン

標準予約には、カバー付きのドゥーナ、カバーのない枕、ティータオル、ハンドタオル、バスマットが付属しています。 ご宿泊のお客様は、自分のシーツ（フラットとフィット）、枕カバー、タオルを持参するか、この「オプションのリネン」に追加料金を支払うことを選択できます。 ���プションのリネンを提供するための費用は、1回の滞在につき、キング/クイーン/ダブルベッド1台につき30ドル、シングルベッド1台につき15ドルです。 この追加サービスをご希望の場合はご連絡ください。

ピーク期間

夏のピーク時お���びその他のピーク時のチェックイン時間は午後3時に設定されていることに注意してください（事前の取り決めがない限り）。 また、これらの時間にオプションのリネンのレンタルを利用する場合、リネンは取り残されますが、ベッドは構成されない場合があります。

Property falsely advertised with decades old pictures - AVOID!

Property was advertised as "near new" with pictures showing a very neat looking house and tidy garden. On arrival, we actually drove past it as we could not recognise the property - it looked nothing like the listing. Trees have basically grown 2 storeys tall, grass about 15-30cm high. One of the worst stays I have ever experienced for the following reasons: - actual age and condition of property is about 10 years older than advertised. - one room was advertised with a king bed which actually turned out to be a queen bed. When I questioned the agent, they disagreed with me...until I sent them the actual measurements. The agent subsequently quietly changed the listing to alter this to a queen bed (without admitting it). - outdoor setting area was completely caked in bird poop and unusable (if only I can share pictures in this review..). The area was completely ignored by cleaners (for good reason probably because they would have needed a high pressure cleaner to remove all that poop). Very unfortunate because we were looking to have a nice outdoor BBQ during our stay. - Outdoor BBQ was filthy - bird poop and cobwebs and clearly not been cleaned for months. Digusting and unusable. - When we advised agent of the unclean outdoor dining and BBQ, they advised they would send a cleaner. Despite 3 follow ups, no cleaner came to the property over our 3 night stay. - one part of couch had leather completely peeling off. Really time to replace this. - Property advertised as having a Nespresso pod machine actually had a manual ground coffee machine...so the pods we brought with us couldn't actually be used. - Agent and owner clearly lack any care and attention to detail and really dishonest in using photos that are decades old to advertise the property. On the plus side, we stayed over Halloween and the cobwebs and spiders inside and outside the house really added to the Halloween spirit. Unless you're staying over Halloween, this is a property to avoid.

Beautiful relaxing stay

Came here with a group of friends and this was the perfect house for our early morning walks to the beach, trips into town and the perfect environment and neighbourhood to have a relaxing afternoon. Loved every minute of it!!

A disappointing weekend

Overall, there were a few major issues that were very disappointing given the amount we paid per night. The BBQ appeared to have never been cleaned and was completely out of gas. We chose not to purchase a full gas bottle in case this was not refunded back to us by the owners. This was frustrating as a main reason we chose this property was due to having access to a BBQ. Only 3 out of the 5 stove burners in the kitchen were working and the oven turned on but would not heat up. Please consider updating your couch as it is extremely worn and created a significant amount of mess. When we arrived the main kitchen and dining surfaces had not been wiped down and there were crumbs on the benches and floor. I understand that the house may have multiple bookings back to back or some groups may not always leave things as they are found however general cleanliness and making sure key household and kitchen items are functioning is vital. Our group will not be returning to this property.

Very beautiful and clean house. Whatever u need for stay, it’s there.

It’s close to every attraction on this side. Most important huge bedrooms and family area. Only feed back for two things, you guys need to change couch and dishwasher was blocked when we checked in so couldn’t use it. Overall it was nice stay in clean house. Thanks

Nothing less than perfection

There’s nothing more stressful than trying to accomodate two families, Valencia - Cowes was the perfect home for the 12 of us! From the moment we walked in there was so much room , the home was kid friendly , close to shops, the beach and checking in was easy! So many things about this home were amazing I was highly impressed with the fact that there was no switches in the house , very energy efficient and something I’d like to introduce into my home personally. The backyard was massive and we were all able to enjoy a family bbq as a grill was provided. Will definitely be coming back for sure. Well done guys , my family is very thankful for the service and appreciative of being welcomed into your home. Sarah
