Kitchen & Laundry
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals, prepare your morning coffee and catch a beach view. Laundry has a large 10kg Westinghouse washing machine.

Sweet Dreams
After a day exploring the island, retreat to one of our five bedrooms. The master bedroom features a private ensuite and a 55-inch smart TV, while the other bedrooms offer ample space and comfortable beds.

This home has 5 bedrooms accommodating up to 12 guests:

Bedroom 1: One Queen bed
Bedroom 2: One bunk bed + One single bed
Bedroom 3: One Queen bed
Bedroom 4: One tri bunk
Bedroom 5: One Queen bed

Please note: The Tri-bunk has a double bed base with a single bed above it. Linen and towels included.

Bathrooms
One ensuite which connects to 2 bedrooms. Separate main bathroom with shower and spacious bath. Separate toilet.

Outdoor Fun
Create lasting memories with your family in our spacious backyard. Kids will love bouncing on the trampoline, while adults can relax by the fire pit and enjoy the fresh island air while preparing a BBQ in our undercover area.

Driveway
Long concrete driveway suitable for multiple cars, jet skis, motorbikes, boats or for the kids to ride scooters and bikes up and down.

All guests must abide by the terms and conditions below:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. ACCEPTANCE AND RESPONSIBILITY
Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. CHECK-IN / OUT
Check-in time is 2 pm and check-out time is 10 am. Refer to the house manual when your booking is confirmed for the key location and your unique code.

3. CREDIT CARD
Any damage, loss or expense incurred by management as a result of breaching these terms and conditions will be charged against the credit card used to make the booking. Examples of this include but are not limited to any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared, complaints made against you, etc.

4. PARTIES AND FUNCTIONS
Parties are not allowed, and noise and music must be kept to a minimum due to surrounding permanent residency. This property is on a residential street. No loud music is to be played after 8 pm during the weekdays including Sunday and after 10 pm on Friday and Saturday nights. Disobeying these rules may result in potentially losing your bond and being evicted from the property.

5. PETS
Pets are not allowed at this property. If any pets are found to be on the property during your stay, you will be charged a pet cleaning fee in the amount of $500.00 plus gst.

6. LINEN AND TOWELS
Linen and towels are provided for your convenience. Lost or damaged linen/towels may incur costs.

7. PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS
If a complaint is raised from neighbours, guests will be contacted on the phone number provided on the booking request, please ensure this number is correct. If we cannot contact you within 15 minutes of the complaint being received or if the noise issues are not rectified after speaking, we will arrange a security patrol car to attend the home to investigate the complaint. If this were to occur, guests will be charged $300 + GST.

Any complaint, which cannot be resolved locally, must be notified in writing to management before departure from the property.

We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance since Management is not responsible for any injuries, illness or accidents that may occur while staying at our property.

8. YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
You must comply with all applicable house rules for the property concerning occupancy, property, health, safety and quiet enjoyment of the property and our neighbours.

You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of property during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately.

Only the guests agreed to in the booking may stay on the property overnight. If more guests stay than the agreed number, all guests may be terminated without a refund.

Before departure, all food must be removed from fridges and all rubbish put in the rubbish bins provided. Bins are to be left out on the nature strip.

Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for the cleaning of dirty dishes, washing machine, dishwasher, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish, cleaning the BBQ etc. Should the cleaning fee be more than the usual cost for cleaning the property, you will be charged the additional costs over and above the normal cleaning fee, which will be charged to your credit card.

All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived.

The property should be vacated on time and secured. All windows and doors are to be locked. All keys must be returned to the safety box at the end of your stay.

You are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of accommodation keys. Duplicate keys in the event of losing the keys will be provided at an additional charge of $100.

Smoking is not permitted in the house.

8. SPECIFICS
There is external CCTV in place. Rest assured, the system is only monitored in the event of any concerns or issues. Your safety and privacy are of utmost importance to us.
