気になった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備、コミュニケーション
The carpet is very old, stained and gritty. Worse still, it's dangerously misleading as you think it has the grip of carpet on the stairs. But no, it's so worn that my 6 yo child slipped and had a fall, landed on his back and really hurt himself.
We complained to “McGrath Port Stephens” who were very unhelpful. So much so we cut our family holiday short.
Sadly there’s a heap of things that we weren’t happy about that “McGrath Port Stephens” failed to address.
1. A window screen were not the right size.and allowed heaps of mosquitos in
2. Some quilt covers were stained and needed cleaning. We noticed this on some previous feedback on their website, and thought they would have learnt something. But no.
3. The kids pillows had disgusting stains on them
4. Shower towel rail small and not practical in main bathroom
5. Very narrow upstairs toilet with no basin to clean hands
6. Poor lighting throughout
7. Water undrinkable
8. Couldn't open some windows.
9. Washing line broken and Not enough pegs
