Right on the beach and short walk to town. Exactly what we wanted. Place is lovely but could benefit from some air-conditioning when it gets super warm in the summer. Nice coastal breeze was good enough for us. Would definitely revisit.
Loved our stay at Sebastapol over the Easter break,
Check-in process was easy and super quick,
Property was clean and well presented and had almost everything we needed for our stay, everything worked (including the fridge and the BBQ).
The location is great with great ocean views and super quick and easy access to the local beach (100m walk). It's also located very close to the Marina, basically a 10 min walk through an absolutely fantastic coastal path.

A few maintenance issues, no user manuals, had to get luggage up 2 levels of stairs, however lovely spot, fairly clean, great view. Would stay again.
The location is truly amazing, right on the beautiful Dutchies Beach. The apartment has everything you need (apart from wifi and a smart TV). We would definitely stay again.

View was great.
Did not like:
1. Angle of driveway - need an SUV - we scraped underside of car and ended up parking in street - we have a Mazda 3 hatch.
2. Did not know there were two flights of fairly steep stairs to property.
3. Deck and outside table were dirty - no chairs for check
4. Greeted by musty smell
5. No toilet paper - not one sheet!!
6. High step into bathroom and toilet - no sign, great for kicking your toe every time!
7. Globe in bathroom not working
8. Kitchen utensils - sticky - had to re-wash everything
9. Wardrobe in 2nd bedroom smelly - can't use it unless you want your clothes to smell
10. No wardrobe/storage in main bedroom
11. Doona covers old and felt unclean
12. Single bed mattresses like jelly - might be ok for 5 year old but no good for older teenagers or adults
13. Toilet brush - filthy rusty handle - did not look covid safe!
14. Toaster - rusty and old looking - not inviting and should be replaced.
15. Outside light at front of building not working - my child walked into big cobweb at night while trying to navigate downward steps - not pleasant!
We absolutely loved our stay at this property. It was a good sized apartment for our little family. The beach is just a short walk down the stairs with no need to cross roads. And a nice local beach without big waves and away from the holiday crowds of the town centre. Walking to town is a stroll along the waterfront path. The only thing for the apartment is the fridge needs replacing.
The location was amazing, there are stairs straight to Dutchman’s Beach!
The property was well looked after but the fridge and freezer didn’t work properly. The ice cream we bought melted in the freezer and I had to throw the meat we bought out as it wasn’t cold.
Some minor issues. We kept losing TV reception and there is no WIFI. There were lots of cobwebs and dust behind and underneath the beds/couch.
The fridge needs to be replaced and microwave needs to be updated.

Excellent location
We love this small block of units. The location is outstanding and no4 is very comfortable. The only issue we found is that a new fridge may be in order down the track. The queen bed was more comfortable then most 4 star hotels and the bathroom clean and practical. The bush track near the beach is a great way to walk to the town. Can't wait to go back
