The design of the property allows it to be used for either your next family holiday or a comfortable rest for a few friends. The property has 2 x single carports near the main door and one off street car space in the driveway. The garage is not included in the property
As soon as you enter the property you will be surprised by the comfortable and stylish furniture that greets you from the living areas. This level also hosts the fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher with all cooking facilities, reverse cycle air conditioning, coffee machine (Byo coffee beans) laundry with washing machine and dryer and third toilet.
Upstairs are the three large bedrooms all with ceiling fans, the main having an ensuite and the main bathroom which has a bath with shower overhead, vanity and toilet.
Sit back on the verandah with filtered water views and take in the sea breezes, there is also your own BBQ provided on this verandah.
The location offers a short walk down to the beautiful beach along Shoal Bay, restaurants, shops or the Shoal Bay Resort and Spa.

Fantastic location in shoal bay, good family terrace with mostly all the things you need. However no wifi or hair dryer. Would be nice to just have basic items included in the overall price like towels and sheets and soap etc.
Very Nice townhouse in excellent location on quiet street, short walk from beach and restaurants. Easy drive to all areas of Port Stephens. House has everything needed, with exception of WiFi which was no issue. Had nice pillows so no need to bring own, just covers and bedding sheets if needed. Nice balcony sitting area. Would certainly stay again. Five Stars.

I could see myself living here. You are within a 5 minute walk of the local shops (IGA, bottle shop, etc.) and a 15-30 minute walk to three different beaches (Zenith, Wreck, Box), as well as the calm waters of Shoal bay itself. The property itself has ample street parking, although if you wish to park of the driveway you will need a medium sized car or less, as it will be tough entering/exiting the driveway due to its curved nature. Don't let this stop you though, as you can just park around the back of the property next the garage (which is locked). I assume the owner has some belongings down there or something. With three toilets and two showers, multiple people can get ready or go to the bathroom at once. Be warned that there is no WiFi (although nearly all of us have mobile hotspot these days) and no air con. I mean these are the only downsides for me to this nice property. So it might be a bit hot (fans are provided) and you may have no internet, but seriously, who cares? Spend you time out of the house and watch a bit of TV and cook dinner whilst in the house. Another convenient thing is the presence of a washing machine and dryer. It allowed us to wash our clothes two or three times over our week-long stay. If we go back to this area, which i plan to, this property will definitely be my choice of stay,

Thanks for your email I am not happy with anything in that property the property needs a pest control and Renovation and this was the first time that I experienced someone ask money for pillow cover etc

Great location, cleanliness - disgusting
Stayed at the townhouse a few weeks ago. Location was great and setup was good. But the cleanliness was way below average. Maybe the owners need to consider their cleaner. Rotting container behind laundry door, microwave filthy, dirty dishes etc. had to spend time to clean the area to use it. Would stay again if cleaned properly . Had to 1 star for cleanliness otherwise cannot post a review.
