Sunset on the Hill est l'idéal de la vie moderne et luxueuse. La maison est surélevée pour donner de beaux aperçus de la baie sur les arbres, tout en étant une promenade facile à la plage de front de seigle et aux magasins. Il est également à une courte distance en voiture des sources chaudes de la péninsule, des terrains de golf et des vignobles.

Cette fantastique maison familiale spacieuse dispose de 5 chambres (3 à l'étage et 2 en bas), 3 salles de bains (une avec baignoire) et multi zones avec 2 salons (2 grandes télévisions avec Foxtel, une avec PlayStation2), un coin lecture et fantastique espaces extérieurs. Il y a une cuisine ouverte planifiée (machine à café et lave-vaisselle) et un coin repas avec une table à manger pour 10 personnes et cet espace s'ouvre sur le pont avant qui a une table extérieure et une vue sur la canopée arborée de la baie. L'arriÚre a un barbecue et un grand spa qui est fantastique pour se détendre et se détendre aprÚs avoir fait une partie de tennis de table. Avec tout cet espace, il peut accueillir confortablement 2-3 familles.

Il y a du chauffage canalisé partout et des unités de climatisation à l'étage et au rez-de-chaussée pour rendre votre séjour confortable à tout moment de l'année. Il y a une buanderie avec machine à laver et sÚche-linge. Une connexion Wi-Fi est également disponible gratuitement.

Excellent house

Beautiful house and very comfortable for 3 couples. Great central location for shops and golfing. Loved the spa after a big day of golf and the large outdoor table on the front patio was a great spot to watch the sunset in the evenings. Host communication was great. Really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely weekend away

Had a lovely weekend at Sunset on the hill. We were a group of 8 playgroup Mums who go away each year. We found the house to be fantastic for a large group. The couches were large and comfortable, great dining table and comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend. Woudefiniterecommend

We had to relocate from Sunset on the Hill to 95 Retreat Sorrento as an emergency had come up only three days before our booking and at first l was so disappointed as sunset on the hill was a beautiful house and just what we were looking for but l definitely was not disappointed!I would highly recommend 95 Retreat, such a beautiful home with so much space and perfect for a group of 8-10 people! It’s very private and quiet and a great spa and pool and a wonderful entertainment area under cover!!I will definitely rebook again and highly recommend this beautiful home!! Amazing for larger groups and families

I love the split level living with lots of space to spread out and have different things happening in different areas. You can have a movie going the upstairs lounge, card games in the downstairs lounge, cooking in the kitchen, enjoying the spa and playing table tennis all at the same time without being in each other's space. Also super soundproof. We will definitely be coming back. Host is very responsive. It really is everything you need.

Beautiful house, great for entertaining

We loved our stay. We mostly self-catered and the open plan kitchen dining was great for that. A 10 am check-out is a bit tough though, when you also have to put the bins out for rubbish service two days later. Makes the last morning stressful and rushed. We would have enjoyed one more leisurely breakfast together as a group, before going our separate ways. But all in all, it delivered on its promise.

A fantastic stay

Great size house with multiple and flexible living spaces over two levels. Together with the outdoor spaces (jacuzzi, deck, table tennis table) there was plenty of space for our large group of 10 to spread out and enjoy the house in different ways - this was especially useful for us as the weather wasn’t the best during our stay so we ended up staying indoors more than we anticipated - we commented often that we were lucky to be staying in such a large, flexible house with many different areas to enjoy. The location is fantastic with only a short 10 min walk to the Rye foreshore, jetty and strip of shops/eateries and 7 minute drive to the hot springs. Booking process was smooth with clear and prompt communication. Will definitely look to stay again if holidaying on the Peninsula with a large group in future.

Wonderful property with plenty of space for all

A great family home that accommodates large groups. The home allows you to have a kids zone and adults zone and is extremely flexible. The house was very clean, had everything you need and the beds were very comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Rye sunset hill

Absolutely know why this place has its name. Sunsets were glorious. House is beautiful, clean and has room for all. Spa is a fantastic bonus. Close to beach and shopping strip as well as RSL, cafes and Rye hotel. Owners are easy to communicate with and were very accommodating. Overall a wonderful relaxing weekend.

Home away from home

We had a lovely time at this lovely house. There was plenty of space to accommodate our extended family. Everything was lovely and clean, plenty of hot water, great wifi and outside space. Would recommend without hesitation.

Beautiful and luxurious property

This is a beautiful property that is spacious and well appointed with everything you need. We loved the spa and outdoor area for relaxing, and dinner on the front deck overlooking the hill was also lovely. A few mins drive from the Rye foreshore and shops. We'll maintained and spotless on arrival. Perfect for families and large groups, we would definitely come back!

Great House

Lovely property decorated in coastal theme. Very spacious and welcoming. The spa was a nice bonus which we thoroughly enjoyed. Loved that the dining table was huge and chairs extremely comfortable. Would recommend a visit.
