Bienvenidos a VALETTA.

Esta encantadora casa de campo completamente renovada está idealmente ubicada en la muy solicitada Fern Avenue. Valetta, ubicada a solo 5 minutos a pie de las tiendas, restaurantes y playas de Lorne, es una casa de playa familiar sencilla pero espectacular. Disfrute del carácter y el ambiente de los techos de 12 pies de altura, los pisos de madera pulida y la terraza envolvente con vista al mar. Ubicado en extensos jardines privados, cuenta con varias áreas de estar / comedor al aire libre y un patio pavimentado. El salón / comedor combinado está flanqueado por puertas de vidrio que llevan los espacios exteriores al interior y viceversa. Otras características incluyen chimenea, calefacción a gas, amplio patio trasero, bungalow separado con baño privado. Valetta es simplemente una casa de playa idílica para 2 parejas o una pequeña familia, a un paseo de las muchas delicias de Lorne. Ven a verlo tu mismo.

Tuvimos un fin de semana realmente encantador en 3 Fern Avenue y esperamos volver a alojarnos allí de nuevo. Era encantador quedarse en una propiedad que todavía era "antigua Lorne" pero que se había modernizado lo suficiente como para que fuera cómoda. Encontramos que la propiedad es absolutamente encantadora y esperamos volver. JA

Gorgeous home in a great location.

We loved staying at Valetta - it’s a beautiful old home, warm and cosy, with lovely views. Kitchen is really well equipped, there was plenty of firewood left for us and the beds were comfortable. Perfect really!

Charming cottage with great vibe

Valetta is a beautiful house full of charm, a short walk away from Mountjoy Parade. The gardens are lovely and there are a few different areas to enjoy the outdoors. Our only criticism is that it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a while. It might pay to get the cleaners to check crockery (the first 2 plates we picked up still had dried food on them) and do a thorough vacuum/mop of the floors. Otherwise, loved the view and the vibe!

Great but needs some love

Location and so much about this place was great, but it needs a really good clean and needs some love and thought out into it. The provisions are VERY basic (don't expect to be able to cook with any of the cookware provided) and there are cobwebs and spiders everywhere throughout the place. It just needs someone to give it some good love and attention. The location was so great, and was so wonderful to be able to take our dog away with us, and he loved this place.

Great location a walk away from everything

We loved our stay! The location is amazing - just metres from the main street and foreshore, and it was the perfect size for a small family. The yard is brilliant and being able to bring our dog (who also enjoyed herself) was a bonus! Thanks for having us!

Relaxing getaway

Such a relaxing experience. The house is presented with lovely detail and comfort. I feel some furnishings need replacement after being well loved and used and overall new paintwork needed to freshen up what is a really lovely little home. Shops and beach a heart beat away, wonderful quiet neighbourhood. Would love to come back for a repeat of our wonderful stay. Thank you!

Valletta - Close to everything

A big thanks to the owners of Valletta... Great position in Lorne, great views of Aireys lighthouse from the deck... close to all you need. Also, thanks for providing a place to have pets, so convenient in Lorne, our guy loved the yard to roam around and spending time on the deck in the sun. Great open fire and split wood provided - quite handy on the cooler nights. Many thanks again, we loved our stay....

Well kept and comfortable holiday home in a very central location

This holiday home is located within walking distance to Lorne's central shopping strip and main beach. It was so nice to leave the car in the driveway for a few days. The house is complemented by a beautiful garden settings (both front and backyard) and well equipped with a range of outside seats and sun umbrellas. We had a very relaxing stay and would highly recommend this property.

The best location!!!

The location is absolutely perfect! Not only is Lorne a great destination but the house was better than I could have hoped for and suited our needs to a tee. The weather sat in the mid twenties during our stay and we felt very comfortable for my family and our two dogs. Did I mention the garden? Wow. It even came with stunning views of the beach. The Great Ocean Road Real Estate team were just wonderful and were so lovely to deal with that I wouldn't hesitate booking with them again. Thank you for a great holiday.

perfect for a family seaside stay

We had a fantastic stay and really appreciated all the thoughtful touches that made everything easy to find and enjoy. This is our second stay at Valetta and it didn’t disappoint. The house is well appointed and has everything for a comfortable stay. The views are great and there’s always a sunny spot to be found around the garden.

The Good .. It's Old, quaint and comfortable. A true beach house experience. Great location, awesome views from the large decks, walking distance to all Lorne has to offer. The dog loved the big secure yard and open fire. Kitchen very well equipped with all you need for an extended stay. The Bad,, It's Old,Has all the quirks of an old property. Difficult to heat, bathroom could be updated, has shower over bath with a curtain. We stayed 15 nights, 2 humans and a dog all had a great time and would be happy to return.

Great location and value for money

Awesome location 2 minutes walk from main Street. Perfect size for family of four, plus there was more room in the bungalow that we didn't use. Great outdoor spaces, amazing views, simple and easy stay. Smelt a bit dusty but for the price this really wasn't much of a concern. Thanks for a great stay, we'll be back!

Right in the heart of town!

We loved the classic feeling of this gorgeous Victorian home. The land is huge, so there was plenty of room for our dogs to run around (and plenty of room for those that have kids too I imagine). The home was clean, inviting and we LOVED the open fire, it was so gorgeous on a cold winters night. Great kitchen with everything you need. The location is incredibly central, you can literally walk everywhere. We particularly liked the views and the big balcony to relax on. Awesome house.

Relax on the verandah

Valetta is a Victorian-era house situated in Lorne, one street back from the main street. It's been very attractively renovated, is light and airy but done without spoiling many of the original features. The two bedrooms still appear to be original and the main bedroom has a very comfortable Queen sized bed.The second bedroom is meant for children but is ok for adults, with 2 bunk beds and a single bed. There is a bungalow at the back with its own bathroom and a sofa bed. The living area is very comfortable with a long sofa, TV and DVD etc. If you sit at the end of the sofa, you can look out at the view of the sea, which is also available from the veranda. There are several outdoor areas to sit, and a pleasant garden - great for the dog to run around in. The kitchen was well-supplied - good chopping knives, dishwasher etc. The bathroom is quite basic but attractive enough. Our favourite activity at the house was sitting and relaxing on the veranda looking out at the view of the ocean, beautiful even at night.

Great location, poor beds

The house is excellent for families with plenty of space for the kids to play. Location is amazing for a quick walk to everything. Only let down was the beds were very uncomfortable- the double being as soft as a water bed and the single being hard and lumpy. The shower curtain bathroom was also disappointing. Good value though if you can get sleep on the beds.
