House well ventilated, large rooms, two floors, air conditioning in the two bedrooms (being a suite), pool of 18sqm with waterfall and hydro, garage with barbecue external sink, land of 780sqm with room for up to 6 cars, 2 pairs of hook for networks and 2 outdoor showers, TV 39, internet 35 mb and computer with profile dedicated to visitors. House a few meters from the beach and with easy access to public transport, near the lagoon and gazebo.
