Spent a week in July with my 2 kids.Great location.Beach across road and coffee shops and restaurants couple of hundred metres down the road.Thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Great getaway.

Loved this property. Very roomy, fantastic views and great position for short walk up to the main shopping street or along the esplanade. The only downside is the stairs but we needed the exercise.

Key collection was made easy as we were running very late

While the building is looking a bit dated, the view from the balcony was magical. Very central location. Would recommend this property

Birthday celebration weekend

The position was perfect. The stairs (42) were great to work off the yummy food we consumed but it would have upset unfit people. The apartment was roomy. It was lacking in nice drinking glasses so I bought a couple more for the unit. We enjoyed a lovely swim in the pool. Easy access to everywhere. We didn’t use the car at all. Very happy

Great location and views, excellent ducted air con. Furnishings clean but a little tired. Many steps to the top floor keep you fit! Small private complex pool was good for children.

Great location and views

We really loved the location and views of this unit, barely need led to use our car all week. It was easy to deal with Accom Caloundra. We would definitely stay here again but it could do with a few upgrades and updates. Master bed was really uncomfortable and we moved to the queen bed in the second bedroom after the first night, which was only marginally better. I note this has been raised by others in the past and hasn’t changed. Couches were a bit filthy and not a fan of carpet in beach accommodation, but overall the apartment was clean. No wifi is a shame but not a deal breaker, but an upgrade to a smart TV would be great so we could have logged into our Netflix on a rainy day.

R&R with friends

Apartment was spacious, clean and comfy (3 bedroom + 2 bath allowed us to spread out). Had everything we needed and was no problem for us to bring our own linen etc. Peaceful location, short stroll to variety of restaurants, perfect as we left the car on arrival and didn't use it for 4 days. Not a negative but the 6 flights walk up was a doozy, but not a deal breaker. Just means we need to get/keep fit. Probably not good for much older holiday makers. We would book again.

Older unit but well positioned and killer views

The unit was great. The stairs can be a bit of a grind but we knew that prior to our booking. The views of Bulcock Beach are outstanding. Pool looked fantastic but given we had a very wet weekend, we didn’t get to try the pool. Unit is a bit dated and a little underdone with appliances but overall, would definitely stay there again. Ducted AC was a bit of a surprise and easily missed.

Unit kept clean & tidy. Wonderful breeze that passes through the unit. Wish it had internet that’s all that’s missing in this property

Hmmmm what to say ?

A couple of things that should have been on the website, three and a half flights of stairs. I had just had back surgery and when arriving to see that many stairs I pretty much had to spend the entire weekend in the Unit as it was to much to walk up and down the stairs. Secondly the dishonest picture of the view used on the add, when we arrived we were greeted with Australia’s largest mobile Ferris wheel as our only view. Made especially annoying at night when the 100k neon led lights were turned on. When I called the property manager about it I was greeted with the excuse that it’s the council car park and they can go what they like in it and that the property managers had not been informed of when it would be there. I asked the local cafe about it and they told us it had been there at exactly the same time last year and when we walked past it the sign had stated it had been there since July so for more than 6 weeks !! Overall the unit was ok but will not be using this website or dealing with Henzels Realestste the property manager ever again !!

The property is not advertised with a lift and of you do have any questions regarding any property please let us know so we can help make booking a suitable property for you. In regards to the Ferris Wheel it is run by the council and they have it up a certain times of the year which can change and they also can extend it without notice, so the photos are true and correct of the property and we have very little complaints about it but we are sorry that you were not happy with the situation. Perfect family holiday 😊

Such a wonderful place to stay. The view, the location and the facilities were amazing. People are all super friendly in Caloundra and it's so close to the playground, perfect for little kids but not close enough to be noisy. The mattress in the master isn't great, hopefully they replace it before our next visit 😉. Will definitely be back.

Great Location

We had a very comfortable stay at this unit. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the property is right in the heart of the cafe strip on the Esplanade and within walking distance to the main shopping strip. The view is lovely, looking straight out on to the Passage and also out to the Glasshouse Mountains.

Super location in Caloundra

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment had everything we needed. The balcony was used every day and evening. Only issue to point out to owners and agent is that cleaning and routine maintenance of the dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner and some cooking utensils needs to be addressed.
