Ferry docked 100m away, we wait you there and its few min by walk to apartment, they are huge coming and going to and frm Split with 500-600 passengers , very luxury and comfortable

If u come by plane take shuttle bus at airport, it stops 500m from apartment, my brother will wait u and drive free in few minutes to apartment.

Inter city bus station is 500 meters away from HOUSE and is also used by airport shuttle buses as final arrival /departure station,

If you are coming by plane, you can take from 22 km away airport shuttle bus, and disembark it here 500m away from house and my brother Ivo will wait you with his car there at intercity bus station and drive free of any charge in few minutes to house, Same is if you will come by intercity bus, as its same station so he will wait you there and do same drive you free here.
We are located about 1 5km from old city and here within 200 m have fresh food & fish market all you might need , shops ect is 200 m from house.

Owner with family lives down bellow you, on separate entrance to garden and house then you.

House have three bedrooms each with own a/c said and third is in living room so in 15 minutes cools or heat as you like set suiting you, and no extra fee,


A master bedroom with three beds - two beds, can be joined and made into one comfortable bed, if guests would so desire. There is also a second bedroom, with two single beds.

Living room is large, spacious and sunny. Large windows are tinted and reflective. There is a 10 m 2 (108 square feet) balcony on the western side of the room from where Gruz harbor and Lapad peninsula can be seen.
6th guest sleep on very wide comfortable sofa bed. in living room which is 3rd room,. with LCD TV and many books in English language are there for your entertainment.

Large kitchen with a refrigerator and a freezer also includes a dining area, table and 6 chairs.
Kitchen utensils, cookware, dinnerware and glassware are all provided.
Bathroom includes a toilet, a bidet, a shower cabin and a laundry washing machine.
Garden spacious with bbq. grill corner is just below apartment entrance stairs
Kastelani apartment is positioned in a very convenient location - 90 meters away from Dubrovnik main ferry boat harbor and intercity bus station Gruž, 500 m away also used as - a final destination for buses from Dubrovnik airport, which is located 20 km (12 miles) away.
