Enjoy the seclusion of your own private pool at this peaceful waterfront cottage, which accommodates up to 10 guests between four bedrooms and a sleeper sofa. Added highlights include lovely lake views, ample living space, and a fully equipped kitchen with a frozen concoction maker.

As part of the island-inspired community of Margaritaville Resort Orlando, enjoy a destination within itself -- complete with fantastic dining, vibrant entertainment, and one-of-a-kind amenities.
Make a splash in three lagoon-style pools and the 14-acre waterpark, or pamper yourself with custom-designed treatments at the signature spa. For upscale dining, live music, and stand-up comedy, stroll to one of the four on-site restaurants and lounges. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented a home with pool & hot tub but got moved to another house with only a pool without notice. Every day of our stay the alarm keypad beeped loudly between 4-6am and woke up everybody. I had to get up and manually hit reset to stop. I reported but was told only owner could fix. Home was clean but when it said fully stocked kitchen I would disagree. Other VRBO properties I've rented had more to work with. I woud recommend but only if alarm fixed and suggest what they should purchase at grocery store prior to check in.

Just was unhappy with the transportation to Disney. One day we waited 2 hours for the bus! Needed toilet paper & had to buy ourselves. That was a little strange!

Slightly disappointed

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented cottages many times and have always been very happy, until now. We had a 4 bedroom. It was very small. MUCH smaller than the 3 bedroom ones we usually get. We were disappointed.

cottage was great, pool was filthy

Family weekend trip and paid for private pool for family. Saturday workers arrive at 10:00 to extend pook deck. Obviously, we could not use the pool as there were 5 guys on the pool deck most of the day. Spoke to front desk who said they were going to refund me 1 night. I still have not received a refund. Cottage was great but workers ruined our family weekend.

Reviewer Comments: All the tv's and thermostats had owners locks on them so we could not access them, The technicians on multiple occasions could not get these issues resolved. limited media functions and A/C could not cool the cottage down to reasonable temperatures do the thermostat issue. This is our 5th time here at Margaritaville and never encountered these types of issues. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pool was dirty the entire time. Made five calls to office to have someone come clean it. One person came and just skimmed it, the last and final time a person came out they realized a filter had never been placed in it. By the time it got cleaned enough to go in it, it was our last day and we had to check out. So we paid for a pool we could barely use. There was a live roach on the refrigerator.Asked for sheets for pull out couch twice, no one came to bring them as they said they would. Property management company needs to get on the ball! Otherwise, nice house with modern/tropical feel.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 4th rental with Ace Hospitality and the first time staying in a 4 bedroom house. Like all the rentals the house was decorated beautifully and was relatively clean when we checked in. We ran into a few issues during our 2 week stay. First the ice maker only made 3 ice cubes every hour. Thankfully the maintenance team would bring us bags of ice so that helped cure that problem. When we checked in the upstairs balcony had a pair of men’s underwear left on the chair from the previous renter. Aside from those two problems we loved the location and the house. We do prefer the 2 floor layouts but this house was beautiful.

We had 4 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms, and it was PERFECT size for us! Our private pool was a plus. We did have a few issues though, but the staff was immediately willing to help. Reviewer Comments: The place was clean (except the home private pool) it had really nice view on the third level and the rooms looked great. Also there seemed to be something wrong with the deadbolt, when I called up to the front seat they told me that the had disassembled all the deadbolts for child safety concerns. However, it felt a little weird staying in the house without being able to protect my privacy.

We live a hour away and wanted to have a "feel away vaca" without going far and from the time we pulled up we felt like we flew somewhere fair away. The house was super clean like brand new, had everything we needed and was big!!!!!! We will be back to this same unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my second time visiting the Margaritaville and must I sat my first visit was exceptional, maybe because they were new. This second visit wasn’t as pleasant. The house was beautiful and was a fit for my family , but there were not enough towels, linen and old mildewed pillowcases on the pillows of the king size bedroom on the second floor and one of the Tv’s wasn’t working properly in another room. . Customer service was very poor from the beginning.
