Retiro pacífico en la Costa del Tesoro.

Nuestra casa de vacaciones está a solo cinco minutos a pie de una playa privada virgen. Hay dos dormitorios, cada uno con su propio baño privado. Camas de matrimonio en las dos habitaciones. Las escaleras exteriores conducen a la casa del "árbol" que está rodeada de árboles maduros y exuberante vegetación. La sala de estar de planta abierta se abre a la cocina totalmente equipada (con microondas / horno de convección) y al comedor. La casa fue recientemente renovada y está amueblada para su comodidad. Hay un gran porche con mosquitero y otra sala de estar cerrada. También encontrará sillas de playa, toallas, ropa de cama, TV y Wi-Fi. Mucho espacio de estacionamiento en el camino de entrada y espacio suficiente para 3 o 4 autos. Una ducha al aire libre convenientemente ubicada en la cochera para enjuagarse después de visitar la playa.

Could have been Great

First let me state the location of the property was Great! However, now let me get into the details a bit more. Prior to checking in, we received no information on how to enter the property. While the owner claimed it was VRBO's responsible to communicate with the renter, it was irrelevant to me as I had to initiate the process!The house itself was quite charming, but alarmingly DIRTY. There were dirty dishes in the cabinet and a very musty smell in the house. Screens on the porches were in need of repair and insects had free entry into the unit if sliders were left open. The odor from the outdoor garbage can was absolutely disgusting.The bathrooms, washer/dry, and air conditioning were good. There was only a stove and microwave in the unit. The microwave did have the capability to bake/roast, but did not have a broil function. Since there was no gas grill, no broiling was available.The listing stated bicycles and beach umbrellas, etc. The bicycles were dysfunctional at best, and the beach items were not any better. The furniture in the unit was old and uncomfortable. The refrigerator was very old and LOUD. If the unit was as advertised and clean, it 'Would have been Great'!

Treehouse Fun

We had a nice time staying in this rental cottage. It is on the second floor and nestled in a jungle forest. IT Is a walk to the beach but there is a nice Park nearg with beach access and washrooms and a ramp instead of stairs going down to the beach. It Is called Golden Sands. The cottage is very well supplied and is clean and comfortable. staying in this uniwue rental cottage.

Nicht zu empfehlen!!! (Foto's von allem vorhanden)

Wir konnten von den 14 gebuchten Nächten leider nur 2 Nächte dort aushalten! Grund war extremer Schimmel- und Pestizidgeruch, insgesamt sehr unhygenische Unterkunft mit diversen Reparaturbedarf als Beispiel war die Einfahrt zum Haus komplett mit losem Strauchwerk und Ästen überseht, randvolle stinkende Mülltonne direkt in der wenig einladenden Außendusche, die Fliegengittertür vor der Haupteingangstür ging nicht zu öffnen bzw. zu schließen, die Deckenlampe im Küchenbereich fiel auseinander und hing mit spitzer Abdeckung im Kopfbereich, abgebrochen Stuhlbeine, verschmutztes Besteck, Ungeziefer welches sich an den Küchenwänden und in den Schränken rumtrieb, Schimmel auf Pfannen und Töpfen und am kompletten Türgummi des sehr in die Jahre gekommenen Kühlschranks, usw. In den Küchenschränken fanden wir sogar noch Cola welche im August 22 abgelaufen waren.Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin per Mail war sehr schleppend und hörte komplett auf als wir ihr mitteilten, dass wir wegen Gesundheitsgefährdung nach 2 Tagen wieder ausziehen mussten. Auch auf unser Angebot das ihr Hausverwalter sich die Situation doch bitte mal anschauen sollte wurde nicht mehr reagiert. Leider hat auch FEWO.de bzw Vrob nichts unternommen oder in die Wege geleitet sondern nur mitgeteilt, dass wir uns doch für eine Erstattung mit der Vermieterin in Verbindung setzen müssten, und auf dem Foto ja nur EINE Kakalake zu sehen sei, also Danke für garnichts!!! (Geruch konnten wir leider nicht auf Foto festhalten)

Favorite house in Vero

This was an our 3rd time staying in the treehouse and each time we stay there are a few more reasons we add to our list of why we will return! 1. Conveniently located near the a private beach. The beach is a few minute walk and the property has everything you will need to enjoy all your beach days, chairs, Umbrellas, bikes, and so much more. 2. The property manager Liz is absolutely amazing and is always very helpful. In a world where customer service is becoming so automated, it is really nice to have someone personally answer you call. 3. Everything you need to make your stay comfortable is available at the house. There was nothing that was missing. The property is in a very quiet neighborhood and we were there on the 4th of July. We love staying at the property and will get back as soon as we can. Thank you Liz for being so awesome!

Tree House

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay at the Hawley Tree House. The location was perfect, short walk to the ocean, great neighbors and plenty to do around the area. Liz was a great host, very good about getting back with us anytime we needed anything. Excellent stay!!

Another great stay at the treehouse!

We are repeat renters of this property, and can't say enough great things about it. The place is clean, quiet (even over labor day weekend!) and has everything you would want for a great vacation stay. It's a secluded and cool retreat from the growing hubbub of Florida, and the place is clean and feels new. Had a fantastic time visiting friends and nature viewing in this underrated part of the state. Thanks to the hosts, fantastic job as usual!

Hawley treehousr

The place was in a good location, close to the beach and local attractions. We explored different venues ea h day. Some highlights were the airboat ride, botanical gardens treasure museums and the environmental learning center. Also within short driving distance were se eral public parks and beaches. You can walk for miles on most beaches with uimited supplies of sea shells. The neighborhood was very friendly and had numerous waking areas and in a few blocks was the jungle trail which extended 14 miles. I would recommend this facility whether you are totslly into the outdoors or simply want a place to relax. This place offers 900 s ft of living with upgraded furnishing and appliances.

Location location location

The property is exactly as listed. The home is truly a home away from home. The owner understates the uniqueness of the property as to location and offerings, such as fishing poles and bikes. The owner is very quick to respond and is willing to correct any issues mine was very mynute but nonetheless responded quickly. I would stay here every time I come done if possible..

The treehouse is an amazing base for a vacation!

It was our pleasure to stay at the Hawley Treehouse a second time, so happy we were able to arrange it. The house is in a super quiet neighborhood, shaded by salt- pruned live oaks. Our hosts have spared no effort to provide everything you need for a great trip, including beach items, bicycles, fishing rods, spice rack, and coolers. That on top of everything else. Very comfortable beds, great night sleep, and a great refuge from the sun. The local beach is beautiful with hardly anyone there, and you are near to Sebastian inlet, Vero beach, Melbourne, and many other points of interest. We had a great trip and a great time, and we feel privleged to have stayed in this house!

Wonderful Treehouse

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Treehouse. Everything you need to cook was available. There were a few board games that came in handy when the afternoon rain came in. We would highly recommend staying at this property. The 4 minute walk to the private beach is fantastic and there were chairs and an umbrella that came in handy everyday. We love the small town feel of the area.

Quiet neighborhood

Although the house wasn't on the beach like I thought, it was a great place to stay. The beach was about 2 blocks away. There were very few people on the beach, which was ideal. It was a wonderful place to stay

Quiet, Near Beach, Clean and Comfortable

Ride their bikes to the beach. If you like to fish they have fishing poles and tackle for you to use. All the amenities of home. Downtown Vero Beach has everything to offer such as restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. Will be back again! Thanks Liz for hosting us! John

The Hawley Tree House is a family home. Many happy times were spent here with our late parents who moved to the Treasure Coast in the eighties and had the home built to their specifications.There was a lot of love invested in it and a treasure trove of memories were made here.

The house is just two blocks from a private beach in a friendly, quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The updates we have done, such as new vinyl plank flooring throughout and new oven and stove top, new TV, new beds, new toilets and fresh paint throughout, make staying in the home carefree.
