Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.
All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee
Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees
Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds

Sea Trail Resort Villas is located just north of Myrtle Beach in beautiful Sunset Beach, NC, and is great for any family or couple looking to get away to the Carolina Coast. With just a short drive to Sunset Beach, North Carolina these one-bedroom to four-bedroom villas have well-appointed kitchens, FREE WI-FI, access to the Village Activity Center, which offers Indoor Heated Pool and Hot Tub and Outdoor Pool and kiddie pool. Tiki Bar that is attached to our outdoor pool - Seasonal. Game Room featuring - Pool Table, Ping-Pong, Shuffleboard and Dart Board. Full-Service Restaurant and Bar located inside the Activity Center (hours may vary depending on the season.) Each unit features a screened porch or balcony view of one of the three onsite Championship Golf Courses on the Resort grounds.
