Studio 9 is a wonderful couples escape, nestled among beautiful gardens and pristine native bushland, with sweeping views of picture-perfect Eagle Bay. Only a 4 minute walk to the beach, this studio couldn't be more perfectly positioned for an indulgent couples' holiday. Freshly renovated in stunning white washed beach styling, you will fall in love with the interiors before stepping onto the balcony and being blown away by the breathtaking vista.

Set on two levels, the studio has a well equipped kitchenette, including fridge/freezer, coffee machine (Nespresso) and plunger, toaster, blender, electric frying pan, small (plug-in) stove and toaster oven/grill.

The stunning light-filled bedroom with queen bed has fresh linen, and air conditioning and ceiling fan for your comfort. Also on the ground level is the bathroom with bath, shower and vanity, with a separate toilet.

Upstairs is a fantastic open lounge area with smart TV, Wi-Fi, and wonderfully comfortable lounges to sit back and watch a movie or hunker down with a good book. The upstairs living area opens onto a large deck with outdoor dining and electric BBQ, which will become one of your favourite places to relax. Sun-drenched windows add to the happy, summery feel and will make you want to run down to the beach for a swim as soon as you arrive, or grab a deck chair and enjoy watching the world (or whales) go by.

Please note that Studio 9 shares the property with the owners residence but has been carefully designed to give each their own entrance and privacy. Electric vehicles are not allowed on the property. If you have an electric car please park in the cul-de-sac at the end of the driveway and walk up to the Studio.

Guest Access:
The whole studio is for guest use only. The owners live on site, and their home is adjoined, but the owners are extremely respectful of guests' space, and the whole place has been designed with guest privacy in mind.

The Neighborhood:
Eagle Bay is one of the most sought-after destinations in the South West, thanks to its stunning coastal views, pristine beaches and secluded position north of Dunsborough. Tucked away in the Meelup Regional Park, it is a nature lover's dream, and we challenge anyone to get tired of swimming in the picture perfect water, lounging on the soft white sand, or enjoying the world class views! Explore the park trails or while away the days at the beach - your holiday, your pace.

Eagle Bay is in the perfect position to pop into Dunsborough for all of your shopping needs, and to explore the northernmost part of the cape (Cape Naturaliste), where you will be treated to secluded beaches, dramatic rock formations and crystal-clear, turquoise waters as far as the eye can see. It really is paradise!

It's not just about summer here, despite its popularity thanks to the glorious weather; all year round, even when we may be less blessed with warm days and sunny skies, visitors can enjoy hikes, biking, surfing, off-roading, horse riding, cave tours, water sports, fishing, wine and beer tasting, and generally eating and drinking one's way around the area! Visit in spring to catch the whale migration and wild flower season, or in autumn to enjoy quieter beaches and excellent surf.

The Margaret River Wine Region is one of the most prestigious winemaking areas in the world. Considered a “boutique” region, production is relatively small and quality-focused. The unique microclimates and fabulous soils here mean that producers are able to make some of the world’s best Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon, along with a host of other single varietal and blend wines; most wineries will have a good selection of options, including various sparkling wines, Sauvignon Blanc and Shiraz if the flagship varieties aren’t your cup of tea. Many of these wineries are also home to phenomenal restaurants, and your dining options will range from full tasting menus to casual pizzas or grazing boards. If you have any particular restaurant on your wish list, we strongly recommend booking ahead all year round. In peak summer season (December-February), bookings are essential and may need to be made several weeks or months in advance. Please contact us directly if you would like tailored recommendations for your self-guided winery and/or brewery tour. If you have time, we highly recommend buying a ticket onto one of the many locally operated winery and brewery tour buses, for an unforgettable day out of excellent food and drink.

Babies may be permitted to stay with you by request. The property is not set up to safely accommodate children that are able to walk or crawl, due to the balcony and stairs. Guests wishing to book with little ones that are already on the move do so at their own risk.

All linen is provided (excl. beach towels). All of our accommodation is fully self-catered, and as a courtesy we provide a basic starter pack for each stay, including: soap, toilet rolls, tea, coffee & sugar, basic cleaning products, and some cooking essentials (oil, salt & pepper, spices, rice, pasta and muesli). We provide these items to help kick-start your holiday in a stress-free way, but guests are responsible for the ongoing supply of anything they should require beyond the starter pack provided.
