A strange week in the sun

The house is lovely and we will definitely be back, it was just a shame that we chose the first week of the Covid-19 restrictions for our break. That being said, Rick was excellent, helping us out when we had to change our flight plans to get home and making the stress of the overall experience manageable for us. We have been to Central Florida many times and love the place, but this will be one trip we always remember. We will be back.

Absolutely perfect - look no further!

I am a seasoned traveler who visits this area every spring (and an extra trip in the fall this year!). I have stayed in many rental homes and this one has become my new favorite! If you're looking for clean, you've found it! The entire house was spotless. All of the Tv's, appliances, dishes, beds, washer/dryer etc, are top quality. The owners certainly did not cut any corners here. The pool area was fabulous and the pool temperature was perfect. We didn't have a chance to use the BBQ but appreciated the option. I honestly cannot find a single fault with this property and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. My only complaint is that our dates are not available for our spring trip - doubt we'll find another home to compare to this one! Thank you Rick, hopefully we will be back!

Universal trip

Great location with quick access to everything you want. House is beautiful and beds are comfortable. This house provides all you might need, private pool, WiFi, Directv and a pool table too. We loved our time here.

Family Stay

This is a beautiful house. It’s been nicely renovated. The beds are comfortable and the entire place was clean. We enjoyed time at the pool since it was so hot while we were there. It’s an easy drive to Disney World. There was a small issue with the garbage pick up, but that was only due to the change in companies being used so that’s not going to effect other guests. Overall we had a great time staying here.

Great place

We stayed there almost 3 weeks with our family of 5. The house is great, spacious, even better than in the pictures. Very clean and in a quiet neighbourhood. We would love to come back next year!

Great vacation rental

We really had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed staying in this house! It was very close to Disney. The inside is new and updated, the beds are all comfortable. The pool was very warm and clean, and had several inflatable toys to play with! Rick is a great manager and responds quickly to any issues should they arise ( we had just one about the garage door opener). We’d recommend this house to other families!

Spectacular House and Attentive Host

Great location. We spent 10 days in Orlando and the house was perfect for our group of 6. All beds were comfortable. There were two rooms with King size beds and two rooms with 2 twin beds. Rick was a very accommodating host and made the experience incredibly comfortable and easy. The house has lots of space and is very conveniently located. There are plenty of restaurants within a 5-minute drive. There is also a Wal-Mart and a Super Target two or three miles way from the house. I would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting the Orlando area!

It was exactly as shown in the pictures. The pool was clean and warm. The kitchen was new and nicely equipped. The bedrooms and bathrooms had plenty of room. It was a good location as well

Perfect place to stay!

My family and I stayed here for 7 days while visiting Disney. This house was beautiful!!! Exactly what we were looking for. Everything was very clean and tidy. The only thing I forgot to plan for was bringing extra toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry pods. So just a reminder if you're staying here. Other than that...the house was amazing!! The service, help, and correspondence with Rick was also excellent. He answered any questions I had within a few minutes and was always available to talk to directly. Our overall experience... perfect! I highly recommend staying here and we will be again soon enough.

Great property!

The property was amazing! The house was very neat, clean and well taken care of. Very spacious and felt very comfortable. Located in a nice quite area which was convenient to the Orange County Convention Center, Disney parks and lots of restaurants, grocery stores and many other stores. Having the garage was great as when we were leaving it was raining so we pulled the car in and loaded it up without getting wet. Email correspondence with the owner was very quick and he was always very courteous. Had stayed at a few other VRBO properties in the past and this one was by far the best one! I would definitely stay again!
