Fantastic location walking distance to the foreshore in Dunsborough and to the shops and cafes. But still felt leafy and peaceful sitting in the balcony enjoying a cup of tea. It accommodated five adults very comfortably .

Birthday Bliss!

The house was perfectly placed in walking distance to beach and town. Lots of space for everyone to relax and rest. The upstairs deck was perfect for sunset wines 🥂, we loved our getaway!

Comfortable and Perfect Location

we loved the location so close to the beach and shopping hub, loved sitting on the balcony watching the world go by. the unit was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need, kitchen and pantry staples supplied. My only complaint was the courtyard as you walked in was not very appealing very lack lustre, I would rate it 9/10 :)

Lovely short break with my adult children

Property was as described and suited us well. Location was excellent. Master bedroom was lovely and huge. Room with double bed is small but cozy, king single beds are huge and according to my son comfortable. There was some water pipe noise (high pitched whistling noise) which was annoying, especially when using the dishwasher (hint don’t put dishwasher on before going to bed). Neighbours next door could be heard especially going up and down their stairs, other than that an enjoyable stay. thank you

Great location

We enjoyed our stay, nice house with all amenities and in a great location. The only improvement I would suggest are the beds, some were very firm and unpleasant to sleep in.

Great location!

Location was great! Was only a short walk to the town centre, making shopping and dining out a pleasure. The beach was just across the road as well. The home was neat and tidy. Management was easy to communicate with and flexible.

What's Not to Like?

What's not to like about house that's less than 100 metres from the beach, parks, restaurants, & a pub. Overall a great house for our party of 6, a little cramped in the double king size bedroom - (beds had been turned around from the picture on the website). The main bathroom needs a refresh as its a bit dated - but the shower was good, as was the downstairs shower. Ideally situated for walks on the beach, into town, around the parks etc, and of course Dunsborough is fantastic for vists around the SW region. Thanks to Davinia Property Manager for all her assistance.

Great location, excellent property will definitely be returning!

It was everything that we imagined and more. The location is so close to both the beach and town and it was pretty well equipped. We had to buy a few things such as fire lighters, matches and baking foil as these were not available but most other ammenities were supplied. We had such a great time and will definitely be recommending to friends and returning again. Thank you to the property owner for being very prompt with proving the property and arrival details, check in and out was very smooth. Thank you for an awesome stay!

Dunsborough sweet spot

Great location, clean and well set up with brand new fridge and appliances. Really fast internet and an excellent bbq. Beds were very comfortable too. Thanks Davinia, we were really pleased with our stay and will be back again!

Weekend break

We had a short long weekend break from Perth. Fantastic location within Dunsborough. Facilities very good. Lovely house, bbq good too. Plenty of room and beds very comfortable. Have already told friends about the house and will re book again in the future.
