Welcome to your ideal retreat! This inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is just a 15-minute walk from Dunsborough town centre, situated in a peaceful street perfect for small families or couples. Centrally located, it provides easy access to all your holiday essentials.

Spacious Living: Enjoy a large master suite with an equally large ensuite along with two minor bedrooms. Separate Theatre, Study and Family living areas including dining and kitchen,

Fully Equipped Kitchen: The spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with a butler's pantry for extra storage, making meal preparation a breeze.

Entertainment: A retro gaming machine is available for your enjoyment, along with an 85-inch Smart TV in the living area and a 55-inch Smart TV in the theatre. WiFi is available for your use.

Work & Relaxation: The house includes a separate study with dual monitors and a docking station for your laptop.

Comfort & Convenience: Heating and air conditioning are available in the main bedroom and living areas, ensuring a comfortable stay year-round.

Outdoors: An outdoor dining area complete with BBQ.

Parking: A spacious two-car lock-up garage with an electric car charging point is available. The property can accommodate up to 4 medium-sized vehicles within its boundaries. Please note, it is not suitable for boats or caravans.

Essentials Provided: Linen, towels, soaps, and clothes are all included for your convenience.

I have stayed twice at Breathe of Fresh Eyre both times have been excellent. The house is spotlessly clean, bed very comfortable and kitchen well equipped. The location is great, close to all of Dunsborough’s cafes, shops etc. It is also a great spot to stay as you are close to other South west towns. I would recommend a stay here.

Great family stay

The property is really new and clean and has everything you need. It was much more spacious than we expected as well. The kids loved the space and game console. Our family enjoyed the place and would definitely stay again and/or recommend to others.
