Stylish Cape in North Chatham ~ Walk to Private Neighborhood Beach

Beautiful cape in upscale Harbor Cove neighborhood. Recently renovated with all new furnishings and appliances. 4 BRs, 2 Baths, and enclosed outdoor shower with hot water. Central A/C, smart TV (Netflix, Amazon, Hulu Live), WiFi. Well-equipped kitchen. Linens/towels, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys & cooler are all included.

Walk to our private association beach or drive to Jackknife Beach (less than 5 min). Short drive to downtown Chatham (3.5 mi), rail trail and many beaches.

Our home has a bright, open layout with a spacious two-story living room, beautiful four-season sun room and additional recreation space in the finished basement, with toys & video games (Xbox 360) for the kids and a Foosball table. Perfect setup for two families or an extended family with two master bedrooms (queen and king). The kitchen is well equipped for the chef in the family.

There is an outdoor deck with a gas grill, dining table and lounge seating. Enjoy the enclosed outdoor shower (with hot water) after a day at the beach. Our home is situated on 2/3 of an acre and offers privacy and tranquility. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, a wonderful area to walk or bike with water views all around.

PLEASE NOTE RENTALS ARE SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY FROM MID JUNE THROUGH AUGUST. NO PETS, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Lovely Cape home

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this lovely house. It was comfortable, clean and spacious. It is in a lovely neighborhood and the location is great, a perfect spot from which to explore Chatham and its beaches, as well as the rest of the Cape.

Great stay in Chatham!

This is a great property that was everything that was listed. There was a small beach within walking distance but the beach we used nearly everyday was a two-three minute drive of the house called Jack Knife Beach. It was great for the kids and for us since it has parking and it’s free. Downtown Chatham, Cape League Baseball and Chatham Bars Inn are all close by. Christina does a nice job with this property. We would definitely rent it again!

Great place for families

The house was amazing and so spacious...our host was incredibly responsive. The house was immaculate and all the beds and furniture were incredibly comfortable- great place to stay on the few rainy days we had to lounge. Plenty of room in the living room, sun room and basement for our family of 4 and another family of 4 that stayed with us to have our own areas to play, read, nap!

Great House - Great Neighborhood

The house was clean and up to date. The neighborhood and local beach was an instant favorite. If you enjoy walking, the neighborhood offers great walking. The house is close to Chatham and Nauset. The host could not have been more responsive. The house is also nicely equipped with beach chairs and an umbrella. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic place to stay in No Chatham

We visted Chatham for a long weekend to attend a family wedding and were very fortunate to find this rental. It was exactly as advertised, even better ! The place is really large, with plenty of room to relax both indoors and out . The owners have thought of all the extras and comfort items to make this an ideal retreat. We were on the road for a couple of weeks, so having a washer and dryer was a huge plus for us. The kitchen was really well stocked so making a meal was a breeze. The area is quiet and beautiful, a great place if you are a walker and town and restaurants close by . Some of our family have a vacation rental home and they commented on the level of upkeep done and got some ideas about improving their own place . Christine was quick to respond to any questions. I would highly recommend a stay here and Sept on the Cape did not disapoint. It is our favorite time to visit there and the weather was fantastic. Thanks to the owners for sharing the home. We hope to come back and visit again soon

Wonderful vacation

Deceptively large home, When you pull into the driveway my first thought was this is smaller than expected. Boy was I wrong, great layout, the room off the kitchen was relaxing an inviting to sit and have a morning cup of coffee. The game room/play area in the basement was perfect for family game nights....The location was ideal for us as we beach hopped all week long. We would definitely rent this home again....

Beautiful, well equipped home

Great place to spend a week at the Cape -- everything was super comfortable, house is in great shape and well maintained, and one of the best-equipped vacation houses we've ever stayed in (actual sharp knives in the kitchen, plates/cups for kids, nice gas grill, toys for kids from toddler through teenager -- puzzles, cars, legos, foosball, video games). Great location close to beaches and everything in Chatham. We stayed with grandparents and two kids (5 and 3), everyone was wildly happy. Owner was very fast to respond, we had no issues just a couple questions. Highly recommend!

Nice Cape Cod Cottage

Overall the property was great. The outdoor space on the back deck allowed us to enjoy the nice weather and the living room and basement allowed us to unwind at the end of the day. Christina was very responsive.

We are a family of four residing in Fairfield County, CT. We've been vacationing on Cape Cod for decades and in 2017 decided to make Chatham our second home, which was truly a dream come true. Having rented many vacation homes over the years, we have taken great care to provide all the comforts and conveniences in our home that we have come to expect from a top notch rental, including functional cookware (knives that actually cut!), room darkening shades and sound machines in every room, night lights scattered around the house, comfy bedding with plush duvet covers, beach towels & chairs provided and much more. Why they chose this property

The house is situated on 2/3 of an acre backing up to a small forest of fragrant sea pines. The front lawn is expansive and the property provides a lot of privacy overall. The neighborhood is upscale, quiet, safe for walking/biking, and surrounded by natural beauty. The private, neighborhood association beach is a short walk from our house and a wonderful place to spend a casual morning or afternoon. All the conveniences of Chatham are a short drive away.
