The Space:

One of the many perks of staying at this four-bedroom home is its great location within walking distance to the Chatham fish pier and the downtown area. A favorite pastime of residents and visitors alike is watching commercial fishing boats unload their haul for the day at the fish pier (a half mile away). Downtown Chatham is less than a mile from the home. Here you'll find restaurants (The Chatham Squire, Impudent Oyster, Bluefins Saki & Sushi Bar) and plenty of shopping. There are also many attractions within a mile, including Cape Cod Baseball League games at Veterans Field, films at the historic Chatham Orpheum; Oyster Pond Beach for swimming; and fun exhibits at the Shark Center, where you can learn all about Atlantic White Sharks.



Other perks include a spacious backyard with a deck and a dining table for six, an outdoor shower, fire pit, plus a picnic table for eight set on a well-manicured lawn, as well as a ping pong table in the basement.



The first floor of the home has an open and airy living room with comfortable seating, Smart TV, and direct access to the deck and the private backyard; a half bath; full kitchen with countertop seating for three; a formal dining room — great for board games and entertaining; and the master bedroom with a TV and en suite bathroom.

Wonderful time in chatham

Took my family to chatham for a week and had a great time. The check in process was very easy with the door lock and the house was very clean. This was the perfect location to walk to main street, the chatham fish pier market, and the beach. Thank you for a smooth stay!

Great stay

Had a wedding in the area and this was the perfect place to stay. Beautiful house with everything we needed. Easy Walk to town! Great communication.

The best house ever

We absolutely loved the house. The pictures don’t do it justice. It was so clean and well maintained. The location was perfect. The property managers were polite and responsive. We will definitely come back again.

Wedding in Chatham

What an amazing place to stay!! We were here for our son’s wedding and fell in love with Chatham. The home we stayed in was perfect location to the venue. It was beautiful, very clean and spacious!! We hope to revisit in the future.

Great house

House was very nice. Kitchen was fully stocked with all kinds of pots pans cooking utensils, nice wine glasses. It was roomy enough for all to spread out, and we loved the outdoor shower. One reason for the 4 vs 5 star on location is due to the busy street the house is on, lot of traffic. But a plus to the location was being able to walk into town, or to the small beach near the Fish Pier. The upstairs layout was a bit of a surprise, with one bedroom between 2 the other 2. One bedroom had access to the bathroom, but the end bedroom would have to walk though the middle bedroom to reach the upstairs bathroom. There was a staircase from the end bedroom down into the garage then back into the house to access the downstairs bathroom, which is what we did so the middle bedroom not disturbed...this worked for us but might not for older people.

Chatham Winter Stroll

The house was lovely. We visited Chatham for the annual Winter Stroll. The home was close to town. Very spacious, very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

Family Weekend

There were 8 of us who stayed at this property for the long Columbus Day weekend. Six adults (my wife and I, my two children, their partners and my two grand-children, ages 3 and 6. The property is extremely well maintained and what is shown and stated in the literature is exactly what you get. The location is ideal with short walks or short rides to many nearby shops, restaurants and attractions. The communication from the hosts was most impressive and no question was left unanswered. After our first night, we began talking about returning next year. A terrific place to stay!

Great house, great location

I stayed in this house with my husband, son and in-laws. We loved the convenient location of the house to the local shopping and the Chatham Pier/Fish Market. We loved watching the seals at the Pier and walking to local bakeries. The house was quaint New England style and was in a perfect location on the Cape. I would come back and stay here again

Great house!

We loved our stay. The house was very generous, space wise, and well equipped for our family with everyone from our young kids to my parents who also stayed with us. Great location, too. Also great communication from the property management.
