On the West End of Sanibel, you will find the well-kept secret of Sand Pointe with only 45 units and quiet beaches. ***PLEASE NOTE: POOL IS CURRENTLY NOT OPERATIONAL and has an undetermined completion date. Elevators are projected to be operational by mid-January 2026. Exterior landscaping projects are on going. These timelines are projections and are not guaranteed.**

Unit #132 is a completely new condo on the top-floor unit with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms that comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with a king bed in the master, twin beds in the guest and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

No expense was spared when planning this beautiful condo from the navy blue kitchen cabinets, luxury vinyl plank flooring, wood plank ceiling and gorgeous walk in showers! The chic coastal decor is perfect for your Sanibel holiday!

You'll enjoy preparing meals in the huge kitchen with everything provided and a lot of storage for all your groceries. Enjoy your meals at the dining table for 6 or on your large lanai overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.

At the end of your day of swimming & shelling, relax in the living room and enjoy your favorite movies on the large Smart TV (cable provided) or head to the lanai to watch a beautiful sunset over the Gulf, either way you can't go wrong!

The owner provides high speed Wi-Fi, beach towels, a Keurig, washer/dryer and beach equipment in the storage locker. Enjoy breathtaking Gulf views from your large lanai, relax by the heated pool or walk along Sanibel’s world-renowned, shell-strewn beaches. Sand Pointe is close to all of Sanibel's shopping, dining and entertainment; making it the perfect place for your family's vacation. Elevators and covered parking available for guest use.

The location is great, the walk to the beach is short and mostly boardwalk, the pool is a good size and the area was clean. The property itself was really nice. We had one issue on our lanai, on Sunday we noticed there was a large part of the ceiling that looked like it was going to fall down, we made contact to have it addressed and it was, on Friday, the day before we left. That was disappointing as we were only able to use half of the lanai as we didn’t know how safe it was. There was also some people on the property that smoked on their lanais that made being out there unenjoyable for non smokers in a non-smoking property. Overall it was a nice place that I would recommend to others.

We were close to the beach, groceries, adventures and of course, fun! Only thing that could have been better was to know ahead what amenities for the beach were in the storage unit. Could have left some things at home had we known they were there! We loved our stay!

This is a well-maintained, clean property and condo with a nice view of the Gulf. There is an adequately provisioned kitchen, 2 comfortable bedrooms and a storage locker with chairs and an umbrella. The washer and dryer came in handy. Kudos to the management company, Sanibel Holiday, for responding quickly when an elevator outage was reported and keeping us updated. Thanks also for a painless check-in process.

Excellent Accommodations

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing week staying in this condo. We have stayed all over the island, and this unit was definitely our favorite! The unit is so clean and comfortable. The master bedroom looks out onto the deck/water. The guest bedroom is set away from the master towards the front of the unit. The kitchen has all the gadgets you could need, and the living room and each bedroom has a tv. The grounds and pool are well maintained, and it is a quick walk down the boardwalk to the beach. The location of the condo itself is also great because it is on the top floor- so there is no overhead noise. Its also an easy bike ride down Tarpon Bay Rd to get to shops and restaurants. Overall we had a fantastic stay and look forward to staying again!

We have been there many times and stayed at this complex before. We were steps from the beach, and liked the size of the complex (relatively small). The pool is great for a break from the beach there is plenty of covered parking and we did not notice any noise. It seemed to be families renting. I would recommend and would return.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Sanibel, and we love Sand Pointe (this is the second time we've stayed in this complex!). This condo, however, needs some care and updating. While we were there we communicated to Sanibel Holiday the following issues: improved cleaning needed (the patio floor was very dirty, and there was sand still inside the unit on check-in), master shower is very dated and doors don't open/close properly, some light bulbs need changing, broken coffee Keurig machine, and a smell from the fridge. The mattresses, pillows, and blankets all need updating- they aren't comfortable. The location, pool, and beach are great, but given the price this property needs to be improved.

Beautiful condo on beautiful property. We have stayed at Sand Pointe for 30 years. This was the first time at SP132. The only downside was the air conditioner went out half way through our stay. The property manager got technician there quickly and it was repaired. Unfortunately, the air went out a few hours later. Definitely would stay here again!

While it can sleep six, it only sits 4 in the living room area. We had to bring in chairs from the deck to sit around and talk after dinner. We were there when there was a local power outage and when the power came back on, the oven would not work. They brought us a fantastic toaster/air fryer/baker. We Googled the error code and fixed it by turning off the breaker for a minute or so and then turned it back on. Saved them $600-$700 for a new range. They should spend some of that money on a love seat for the living room.

This property has a nice walkway over to the beach and having the storage unit on the ground floor was awesome. No need to lug chairs and beach stuff back upstairs.

Fantastic family getaway

Sanibel is a wonderful place for the family to get away from things, and it’s amazing how many beaches, great restaurants, and outdoor activities there are within a 5 mile radius. The property was great and very well maintained, and it was a breeze checking in and out. We will definitely consider coming back in the future!

Reviewer Comments: We originally booked a vacation stay at a different property, and were notified a few days before our trip that it was no longer available due to water damage. Sanibel Holiday Management did an excellent job to find us a new place with short notice. They gave us many good options for a replacement, and we chose this location. This property is excellent. It was clean, well maintained and accurately portrayed in the photos. It is on the top (third) floor with a great view of the gulf, and overlooking a well manicured pool area. A beautiful sugar sand beach is easily accessible, and we were able to enjoy many walks and beautiful sunsets. In addition to finding us a new property on short notice, Sanibel Holiday Management also had a very efficient check in and check out processes. We would definitely stay at this property again, and would definitely recommend this to family and friends.This property is also in a great location on the island, and a short drive to nearby restaurants and shops. We rented bicycles from Billy‘s, and biked all over a network of excellent trails all over the island. We saw all sorts of wildlife, including dolphins near the lighthouse, alligators, turtle and bobcat along the bike trail, and lots of birds and lizards. We are runners, and were able to have nice runs on the trails. We cooked a few meals in the well supplied condo kitchen. Many nice places for eating out. We recommend Over Easy Cafe, Blue Giraffe and Lighthouse cafe for breakfast, and Doc Fords and Green Flash for lunch. We had excellent dinners at Thistle Lodge and Sweet Melissa’s. Many places had take out options for guests with COVID concerns.
