Clean and flexible

We stayed here while moving our son to college. The dates we planned on staying changed and they switched our dates no questions asked. The house was clean, the pool was warm, we had everything we needed. The location was great for us.

Comfortable and relaxing!

My children and I stayed for a week at this wonderful house. The pool was perfect! The house was well equipted and the neighborhood was safe. The game room was a great bonus, and the temperature stayed very comfortable in there, even in the middle of a 90° plus day. I would definitely come back!

Perfectly cozy!

This was supposed to be a family vacation to celebrate 2 of our children graduating college, our 25th wedding anniversary, and our oldest child's engagement. We have a lot of health problems , so we just wanted a place to relax and refresh. THIS WAS IT!! While my husband and I could not go, our children made it and had the BEST time. The home is easy to locate, in a safe neighborhood, and it's so comfortable and cozy! The kids had a blast swimming, playing pool & ping pong, and lounging on the super comfortable furniture. In addition, the hosts are fantastic. We look forward to staying again when we are in the area!

Inadequate

Great location, great pool. The beds in this rental were terrible. Absolutely. The bathtub drain was plugged the whole time. Window coverings were old and partially missing, the dishes and utensils need to be overhauled. It all felt a little chaotic. The refrigerator leaked water onto the floor every day. The house requires a thorough cleaning and an update. (some new furnishings) Washer and dryer were great, never entered the games room. The pool guy was pretty friendly, kudos to him.

Nice home in a quiet location

Our family stayed for a week at this home during Spring break. While we spent most of our time at the theme parks, we did enjoy our stay at this property. Pool was great and loved the heat (well needed for the night swimming). Ample seating and size. Check in was Easy Supplies and amentiies were above par Instructions/FAQs clearly defined The property overall was clean, with just a few gripes: - Primary shower has some mold by the bottom door slide - found large cockroach scurrying on kitchen counter in the early AM Game room was fun, but needs a little work. Open garage door to get rid of mustiness. Pool cues bent, and new ones didnt have the tips shaved. Ping Pong net was barely adequate Kitchen: Ice machine did not work in fridge

Our family had a less than comfortable stay unfortunately. I want to preface this by saying I don’t believe I’ve ever rated a VRBO stay less than 5 stars. pro’s:- location is very convenient- The pool was just as pictured and a wonderful amenity to have during the July heat- The two doors that lead to the backyard pool area have an alarm Now with the cons:- The A/C was broken when we arrived. It was eventually fixed that night (roughly around 10:30pm) but it was a major headache to get ahold of the property managers to address the issue. We were on the verge of getting a hotel.- Plants are overgrown in the front, you have to walk around them which may seem small but after a week stay it definitely became annoying - The front door lock seems to be less than secure - Sugar ant infestation, saw 3 cockroaches - The game room is in the garage - with no A/C, listing doesn’t make this information known before booking. It was too hot to really enjoy. - Fridge Ice machine doesn’t work- I vacuumed after finding the third cockroach and realized that the couches aren’t vacuumed underneath as it was so gross with old food and random items. - Most the beds didn’t have top sheets on them at all, including the king bed in master bedroom- A pool man came over unannounced and cleaned the pool. He just showed up

Perfect house

The house was a perfect size for my family of 5. Granted, two of my older boys slept in twin beds but they didn’t seem to mind. The house is a little outdated but that was the least of my worries. It was well maintained and clean so that’s all I really cared about. We had a very minor issue with what appeared to be baby ants. They were more of a nuisance than anything. They appeared by the sink and in the spare bathroom. I let the host know and she sent pest control over the next day. It didn’t seem to completely get rid of them but definitely helped. We also paid for pool beat and I think the pool maintenance came by one day to clean. We attempted to use the pool one cool night and the water was very cold. It turns out the water level was below the skimmer which didn’t allow the heat to pump in. It was more of an annoyance that I had to drag a hose in and not use the pool that night as it was too cold for me. So for that, I guess I’d take away a half star. The host did not reply to those concerns but I think it was because the vacation rental company spoke to me? I’m not really sure. As another renter noted,the ice machine in the refrigerator did not work. So we had to go buy ice. But just another little inconvenience. Overall, I’d stay again.
