Este rústico, 2 dormitorios, 2 baños condominio está a poca distancia de Eagle Lodge. La ubicación y los servicios complejos no pueden ser superados! Relájese frente a la acogedora chimenea de leña o disfrute de un baño en uno de los numerosos jacuzzis complejos. El condominio cuenta con una cocina completa para una comida casera después de un largo día en la montaña, esquiando o montando en bicicleta, así como muchos asientos en la mesa del comedor y en el bar de la cocina.

En el dormitorio principal hay una cama Queen, TV de pantalla plana, baño completo en suite y acceso a un balcón privado. El segundo dormitorio es perfecto para los niños o individuales con 2 camas individuales y acceso a un baño completo justo afuera de la puerta. Incluso hay un sofá cama en la sala de estar para huéspedes adicionales. El complejo Summit ofrece excelentes comodidades, como una piscina al aire libre, así como 6 jacuzzis, 4 saunas y 3 áreas de barbacoa en todo el complejo, gimnasio y canchas de tenis. El estacionamiento subterráneo cubierto en el garaje evita cualquier cambio de pala en esos días de nieve.

Todos los huéspedes de Mammoth Sierra reciben acceso completo gratuito al Snowcreek Athletic Club para disfrutar de instalaciones que incluyen piscina cubierta climatizada, sauna / vapor, gimnasio completo, yoga, pilates y estudio de bicicletas, y más. Great Location

Easy walk to Eagle Express. Decor was from several decades ago, but it was clean and the location couldn’t be beat. Great having the underground parking, too. Comfy couch and chairs for lounging.

Summit 273 - perfectly quaint

The working shower head was a pain in the neck to use, but everything else was wonderful. Furniture is a little dated, but I’d expect nothing less of a vacation condo. All in all, it was a good stay and I’d come back again.

Good location, but apartment need repairs

The apartment had a few missteps such as no condiments in the kitchen, broken thermostat in the living room, very noisy upstairs. Other than this, it was okay to stay for a few days only.

Check in was a nightmare

There’s a 3rd party that handles the checkin. We didn’t get an email until after our check in time. We were stranded in the cold trying to call the right people and it turned out that we need to drive to the other side of mammoth to pick up a physical key. Would have been nice to know that ahead of time before we were left scratching our heads for an hour in the cold. Very disappointed

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures depict this condo well. It is comfortable and very clean. There is lots of dry firewood, a plus! It is on the floor directly above the garage, so the floors are really cold. In fact, there was ice under the door in the master! Our biggest complaint is with the kitchen pots and pans. Super old, scratched, bent, no covers for pots and pans, except for one tiny saucepan. We typically cook while at Mammoth, and found this kitchen to be lacking. In addition, some of the items, like condiments, coffee filters, the basics, that were listed to be included, were not. Would not rent here again because of the kitchen. If all you care about is cleanliness, however, this is the one for you!

Great Location, Clean & Cozy, Needs New Twin Mattresses

New Year's Family Trip to Mammoth

Reviewer Comments: The condo was sufficient for our needs but probably would not stay again. Good location very close to Eagle Lodge. The unit itself is old and in need of some TLC. All of the drapes were broken, as was the handle to the refrigerator. Could use more towels as only 6 were provided. If you plan to use hot tub or pool you should bring your own. We enjoyed our trip and it fit our family of four comfortably, but it is not at all fancy. Beds were comfortable and TV in living room has Netflix etc. Very limited options available for the week we stayed, but I would look elsewhere next time for the price paid.

Dis-satisfied: The little things matter

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came to mammoth and after a day of riding on the slopes, we couldn't wait to check in. We drove to the office to pick up our keys and permits only to find the actual address lead us to the summit offices. If you're unfamiliar with summit condos, they have separate buildings with names starting with Letters A, B, C, D, E,... Etc.The building was not specified to us, only the unit number. (Unit numbers are different in each building with some being double digits and others in the triple digits.) I decided to call the office but had to leave a voicemail and someone called me back to direct me into the correct building.We checked in and got settled in. Condo was nicely maintained.However, I like to do dishes before we check in and shortly found out they left us a wet used sponge! Doesn't cost much to give us a new plastic sealed sponge so I was very angry. This was the last straw for my and my thoughts on the stay quickly turned negative. Furthermore, we were left 1 roll of paper towels. We went to Vons and bought 1 for $1... Another cheap household supply that would have been convenient to have.Finally, the wifi was terrible and if you have AT&T as a service like myself, you'll be dissatisfied with it.I've stayed at the summit condominiums for the past 3 years when visiting mammoth and do not remember experiencing anybody these issues before. This was the first time staying in at building D, however.I'm giving it a 2/10 only because it's close to the slopes.

Location: Eagle Lodge

Walk-able to eagle lodge and the lift, the property is great for a short ski weekend. Just a few comments: the bed layout is only one queen, two twins and a sofa bed. Which works for 6 but only if you all know each other! And keeping rooms warm but not too hot is a bit of a challenge with the wall heaters installed. Otherwise, covered parking is a lifesaver and would definitely recommend.

Great cabin in a great location.

The 2 bed / 2 bathroom cabin is exactly as advertised. It has everything you need for a weekend stay in Mammoth and it's walking distance from Eagle Lodge if you're snowboarding or skiing. Definitely staying here again in the future.

Loved to location

This rental was very clean and comfortable to stay at. Loved the location. You can walk to the resort or take the bus. The only complaint I have from our stay was the upstairs residence. I'm not sure if it is a rental as well or not, but they were very loud. It sounded like they were moving furniture in high heels all day and wrestling a dog in the evening. In the beginning, it was funny, but then the longer we stayed the more it became an issue.

Can't beat the location

While the unit itself could stand some updates, overall it is very comfortable and has a terrific location, easy to find and just a five minute walk to the Eagle lift. We had issues with the heat in the living room not working the first night, but the management folks had that fixed very quickly when we called about it (turns out a circuit breaker had tripped and we didn't notice the breaker box in the master bedroom).

We experienced a minor issue with the living room heat (turned out a circuit breaker had tripped before we arrived), but the management company dealt with it quickly and professionally. The location is amazing, and the price was great for what the unit is. My college-age son and his friend were fine with it, but I guess I'm a little fussier. For the right renter this is a great place, for me personally, not so much.
