* Swimming pool is free for unit owners and registered dependents.
* 200 pesos per head/day for owners guest except Thursday which is pool cleaning schedule, Saturday, Sunday and public holiday.
Monday is pool cleaning schedule.
* Clubhouse has free WIFI access
* Billiards 100 pesos per hour limited to 2 hours per unit. 8am to 9pm
* Gym 100 daily rate
* Cabana 200 usage can start 7am to 9pm
* Basketball court free day shift 7am to 6pm
