Upstairs is 2 beds/1bath & basement is set up as studio with a kitchenette, 3/4 bath, TV area, and full size bed. Great for 3rd bedroom, companions traveling together but want some separate space, hang out area, or workspace. There are two kitchen areas both are fully equipped. Private back yard and covered patio. Included is the use of 1-car garage which a standard SUV will fit. Great for roommates who want privacy but share space. Or perfect for families in transition.
The space
Included is High Speed WIFI. While you stay the lawn and/or snow will be taken care of by professionals. For families with infants included is a high chair, Pack N Play, Baby Monitor, Bottle Warmer. Main floor master has a king size bed and a 40 inch TV. Main floor secondary bedroom can have a double bed or bunk beds with a 3rd trunnel bed. Studio has a full size bed and furniture can be adjusted to accommodate an additional single bed. Only 2 persons are allowed to sleep downstairs per insurance. Main floor living room has a 60 in Smart TV, and basement has a Smart TV. All bed linens including mattress protectors, kitchen towels, and bath towels are provided. Washer and dryer are full size and free to use. The home is approximately 878 sq ft on the main floor and 400 sq ft in the basement. The space is small but efficient. Newer furnace and Central AC Washer and dryer is in the back foyer and you are free to use.
