Mikez rentals made the stay simple and great.
The house is fabulous and in a beautiful neighborhood.
Will definitely rent again.

2020 Review
Property was very clean and well stocked with dishes, cookware and towels. Very quiet neighborhood with great pool area. Hot-tube was not working when we arrived and it was promptly repaired. We have already rebooked for next year. We stayed February and March 2020.

Great Experience
We had a wonderful experience at this property. The house is well laid out for privacy and comfort. The house is stocked with great kitchen supplies and the towels and sheets were awesome.
The only minor drawback from a 5 star rating were crumbs on the counter and a dirty refrigerator when we checked in. As I said minor in the scheme of things.
We will rent this property again.

Perfect
We have rented homes in the area for years and this was by far the loveliest and best equipped. Due to the pandemic we rarely went to a restaurant. Every pot, pan, dish, blender, peeler, dicer , etc. that we needed was provided. The pool was warm and the spa was warmer. The property manager responded quickly to questions and to a beeping smoke alarm.
We would certainly return.

Misrepresented
The home was not properly cleaned before we arrived. Carpets are stained throughout the home, entire home extremely dusty , floors not cleaned, bed linens stained with blood and urine, shower curtain moldy, comforters stained with blood and urine. Outside patio was dirty and needed to be hosed down. The plants near the pool were overgrown and vegetation falls into the pool. Furniture is old and falling apart.
After several days of sending emails a cleaning team finally came and replaced pillows and mattress covers, and helped clean the home. I took all bedding comforters and washed them and helped the 2 ladies clean the home. It took 4 of us 2 1/2 hours to complete the job. The home was so dirty one lady had an allergic reaction. Prior to this I asked for a representative to come out and check the condition of the home. Days later Lou came to inspect and found that the home was sub par. He mentioned the home needed a full cleaning, and that it was in this condition due to end of season. Unfortunately, it was the beginning of our trip, so not acceptable.
I feel the rental company misrepresented this home as a 4 bedroom home . Putting 2 urine stained small twin beds in an office does not count as a bedroom. A bedroom must have a closet to be considered a bedroom. There wasn't any storage for clothes, and beds were very tiny.
The air conditioning was out for 3 days and it was 85 degrees in the home. They indicated they did not get any of our prior notices.

Loving Lely!
Wonderful vacation property, fully equipped. A plus was the baby gear, beach gear and bicycles! Our 3 generation family enjoyed the home, exploring Naples and each other! The resort pool is amazing and the back yard pool and hot tub were great as well. The rental/management company was very responsive and helpful. Lovely property in a quiet gated community.

Shameful. Not Ready for Tenants
I'll caveat what follows by saying that the property agent (Mike Z Rentals) did everything in their power to mitigate the many issues. We appreciated their prompt and attentive responses to our complaints.
That said, this property wasn't remotely ready for tenants.
First, you have to sign the lease before you can get HOA approval, and the lease states that if the HOA doesn't approve then you can't move in and you don't get a refund. Classy.
Second, the hot water breaker wasn't turned on, so our arrival after a long drive was greeted by cold showers.
Third, there were ants EVERYWHERE. The ant traps in the kitchen drawer told us that the owner is aware of this issue.
Fourth, the pool and spa heaters were not working on arrival. It took over 2 weeks before the pool heater was fixed, and more than 3 weeks before we were told that the spa heater was "broken". Pretty significant issues considering the pool and spa were the main reason for booking this property.
We got to use the pool three times during our month-long stay because it was always cold.
Shame on the owner for listing this property when it clearly wasn't ready for tenants. Shame on VRBO Customer Service for doing absolutely nothing to resolve our issues.
This was our first and last experience with Vrbo. We'll never use Vrbo again.
