Great one bedroom apartment very close to downtown Tampa

The apartment was very clean and comfortable with a full kitchen and balcony. The private parking was very close to the room and we loved the amenities such as the workout gym and the garbage valet pickup. We were about 5-10 minutes drive from the convention center.

Close to everything

We loved staying at this location with our 1 & 3 year old. We were close to the aquarium and the childrens museum. We will definitely look into staying as this location again in the future.

Everything was excellent, I just had a problem arriving in the night the first day as the code to enter the room did not work, I got immediate assistance on the phone by the manager who solved the problem and called me back later to know if everything was OK and providing me with their quick support any time during my stay. Very kind and professional people, really appreciated.

Quiet and Comfortable

The unit is in an apartment complex on the ground floor with a small patio on the courtyard. Unit is just a few steps from where you park. The building shows some wear but management is updating the gym and hallways. The unit is quiet and well equipped. The bed is comfortable, and the shower water pressure is great. The owners are communicative and attentive. There was a plumbing issue the owners took care of promptly.

Great location.

Loved my short stay in Tampa at this lovely and conveniently located condo. Property was nice and close to many amenities. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment is terrific. Lots of space and everything looks new and is very clean. The bed was solid and very comfortable. I like lots of pillows, which they had. Only issues were the vertical blinds on the bedroom sliding door was difficult to operate and the blinds on the main room sliding door didn't open at all. Also, the hallways are dingy and look old, but you only walk through them for a few minutes, so it's not too big a deal. One issue that came up was the owners of this unit are different from property owners and they don't communicate well.

Sara was prompt to answer our requests. The business center is spacious. The gym is decently equipped. The pool area is nice and clean.

Good location but…

Perfect location to everything we did. Within walking distance of downtown, sparkmans wharf, etc. check in was a bit confusing but Kal was very helpful and got back to me very quickly. AC was broken when we first got there but had maintenance out within an hour or so. Wish it was a bit cleaner. If you were to walk around barefoot your feet turned black from all the dirt

Super easy to find apt! Close to Amalie Arena, it was perfect for our concert!! Great location!

Really detailed step by step check in directions! Apt was easy to find. We really enjoyed our stay! It was quiet and relaxing. Super close to the Amalie Arena where we saw Lizzo! We saved this place to our favorites for future concerts!

Great location, wonderful hosts

Sara was very accommodating when we needed a later check out. Very good communication always responded super quickly, clear check in details. Clean and comfortable apartment, perfect for what we needed! This location is amazing for all of the activities available in the Tampa area. Short drive to Davis island, bay shore and aquarium, easy high way access. Pool area is great, our little one loved the zero entry feature. There is a lot of construction going on around the area but it didn’t bother us one bit. Grocery and coffee located within walking distance was great as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Very Clean & Centrally Located

Place was very clean and had everything we needed for a nice stay. Location worked great for us as we wanted to go to Brandon, Madeira Beach, and Tampa Outlet Mall.

Wonderful unit and property

We had a wonderful time staying in this unit for 11 nights and would most definitely stay again. The unit was very comfortable, clean and well stocked. We had a few very minor questions and the property managers always responded within 15 minutes. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this unit. It's in a great location and you can stroll all the fun the downtown has to offer without getting in your car. We will stay again.

Clean, comfortable rental in a convenient location

This apartment was super convenient for my work trip. I was within walking distance of the office and having Publix immediately across the street proved very helpful. The host Kal, was very accommodating and contacted me in advance of my arrival to let me know that the air conditioner has recently been repaired and to again to make sure that the unit was cool and comfortable. The apartment is just as depicted in the listing and I'll likely stay here again on my next business trip.

I loved this property for it’s easy parking, close proximity to the Straz Theater for Performing Arts where I was working during my visit, and the security of the building. As a female who travels alone often, this is a priority for me. Loved attention to details in large garden tub bath, such as guest toiletries and black facecloth for makeup removal (am I right ladies?), and bottled water and snacks in kitchen. Communication with Kal was seamless, space was clean/modern, bed was comfortable, climate control was perfect, and parking was simple. Close to plentiful downtown eateries, and special event venues near Riverwalk. I’ll be staying here again without a doubt! 👌

The best experience

It had been years since we had vacationed together as a family. Now that the kids were older we wanted to demonstrate how planning a modest yet purposeful trip to a warm location could be refreshing and affordable. This property and all it’s amenities was a great example and then some. From the seamless payment process, to the top notch customer service from the owner’s unbelievable accessibility to the proximity to the surrounding cities/sights, this property delivered day after day. The property owner was available and attentive when we had issues with the toilet and couldn’t get the living room TV to work. Meaning, he took time away from his busy schedule to stop by to ensure we had all we needed and that everything was in good working order. He even recommended one of the best dining experiences we had, impressing our two teenagers, which is not easy! Would we recommend this space to a family of four, with two teens? Probably not! However, it forced us to interact and be considerate of one another, which is what added to the beauty of the experience. Therefore, I strongly recommend this space and enjoy!

Bowl game vacation

Had a great stay during our trip for the outback bowl. Place is in a great location. Within walking distance (right around 1 mile) to everything downtown and to ybor. There is also a free tram that has stop a block or so away that also travels downtown and to ybor. Would rent again. 👍

A Convenient Stay Before a Getaway

We stayed here for a few days prior to our cruise leaving out of the Port of Tampa and found it had everything that we could need. The location and its parking garage in the downtown-ish area of Tampa allowed easy access to major roads and extremely close (20 minute drive) to Busch Gardens. The Tampa streetcar is just a short 2 minute walk away from the rental and we used it to go to dinner, breakfast, and after we had checked out at the rental it was a convenient way to get to the port, which also had a stop on the line. If we take another cruise out of Tampa we’ll be looking to rebook this property again!
