Top Floor Mountain Retreat, Prime Location to WP Base Village, Trestle Bike Park
An unbeatable location, Fraser Crossing is a contemporary vacation rental only 150 yards from the base of the Winter Park Resort, 10 person gondola, The Village restaurants, shops, and numerous outdoor family friendly activities.
We are also close to the Winter Park Amtrak Train stop, making it easy to get from Denver to Winter Park!
The space:
The premier studio sleeps four with a king bed and queen sofa sleeper.
Prepare a quick meal before heading out in the well-equipped kitchenette which includes a coffee maker, crock-pot, dishes, dishwasher, microwave/convection oven, mini refrigerator, pans/pots/utensils, stovetop with 2 burners, and toaster.
Other amenities provided include a flat-screen TV with cable/Apple TV, free WiFi, gas fireplace (turned off in the summer), humidifier, white noise machine, fresh linens/towels, toiletries, and full bathroom.
The building has a giant common area amenity deck that includes barbecue grills, changing/bathrooms, a hot tub, patio furniture, an outdoor fireplace, and views of the mountains.
The Village restaurants, shops, and many outdoor activities are just steps across Winter Park Drive.
Guest access:
- Bike Storage: Located on the 1st floor in the parking garage (bring your own lock)
- Ski Lockers: Located on the 1st floor between the lobby and parking garage (lock provided)
- Winter Parking: $24 per day for heated underground parking is available late November to early May
- Summer Parking: $0 per visit for underground parking is available late May to early November
- Coin/Card operated Washer/Dryer on-site.
- Community amenities include a large common area, shared amenity patio with barbecue grills, changing/bathrooms, a hot tub, patio furniture and an outdoor fireplace.
Interaction with guests:
We are available to assist guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay in Winter Park. If there are any questions and/or issues, feel free to text or call.
Other things to note:
Keyless Lock: the property is equipped with an electronic lock, allowing easy, secure access to the property at check-in and throughout your stay. No need to check in at a separate location!
We are also close to the Winter Park Amtrak Train stop, making it easy to get from Denver to Winter Park!
