Spacious and Quiet

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Plenty of space. Fresh air. Quiet location. Could hear the birds. Amenities fine for us. House was basic, but all the essentials covered. Loved it.

Great family holiday house.

Spacious and functional. Well equipped. We took our large pans, utensils and sharp knives but these things were there. Beds ok. Large out door covered space was great for the kids.

The layout of the house was strange. There was no fourth bedroom just an open room next to communal

No issues renting but should be more accurate with listings. Only six chairs for seven people.

Good location, close to beaches, a bit rough around the edges.

The house was centrally located with a nice outdoor covered deck area, however, it was not the cleanest. It was a bit stuffy with no air conditioners (we had to have most of the doors and windows open at night to get some cool airflow). Some windows could not be opened as they had no fly-screens, letting both flies and mosquitos in. The showerheads were loose and I had to use a screwdriver to tighten them or else the water would have hit the ceiling when you turned the taps on. The glass sliding door from the lounge room to the back decking area was hard to open and close - may need new bottom rollers. There was only one table tennis ball, we added a couple of extra balls, and the net is not in the best condition and hard to install. But most importantly, the beds were way too soft that we all kept waking up in pain.

Family holiday

Very good, really enjoyed the location and the big deck out the back. Didn't realise the fourth sleeping area was a common room that you had to go through access the toilet in the laundry, which impacted the privacy for the two who slept in there. But the two big bedrooms were great and the third small bedroom was adequate. Great to have a dishwasher and table tennis.

Smaller then advertised

Smells very damp very few utensils needs electric frying pan and maybe a sandwich toaster and a measuring jug and not happy about the lawn being mowed at 7.30 am however they stay overall was good as we only slept and ate there no clothes dryer as advertised and a vacuum cleaner would have been handy to clean before we left beds are very comfortable very quite location
