Across the road from the popular Flynn's Beach is this fantastic 3 bedroom townhouse, 2 bathrooms, spacious living/dining area, modern kitchen with dishwasher and quality appliances, Alfresco style balcony perfect for entertaining & taking in the magificent views. This property can accommodate up to 8 guests with 1 Queen bed in the main bedroom, 1 Double/Single Bunk bed in the second bedroom and 1 Double/Single Bunk bed in the third bedroom, Internal laundry with washing machine & dryer. Double Lock up remote access garage. Home office setup. FREE WIFI.

Flynn's Beach is fully patrolled between September-April, which makes it perfect for that family holiday. Sandbox Cafe down on the beach is open daily for breakfast, lunch and coffee. Enjoy a stroll along the beach or if your feeling energetic head either way along Port's beautiful coastal walks taking you all the way into town or in the other direction to Lighthouse Beach which has several vantage points along the way.

Neighbourhood shops are a short walk away boasting restaurants, cafes, takeaway, post office, convenience store and bottle shop.

Excellent location

It was beautiful to wake up everyday with a view of the ocean .. only thing it needed was a vacuum

Laundry , dish washer came in handy .. spacious and great kitchen with all neccessardies ( although oven trays would b handy ) .. great views , great bathrooms , great experience 💜🌺

Perfect location for holidays, close (100m) to beach, can hear the ocean and see the ocean from the balcony, access to 9km + walking trails, somewhat close to shops. Clean house with everything you need in very good condition. F

Location, views

Great apartment. There were 5 of us staying for a surf comp. The location was perfect. We could walk down to the beach for a coffee at surf club. The shops nearby were in walking distance and included cafes, liquor, take aways, good food. The layout of rooms and space worked well. Garage was a bit small for longer vehicle but we fitted it in on an angle. Can’t wait to come back next year!

We enjoyed ourselves just as much as the first. The unit was close to the beach as well as the town. It was clean & comfortable.The only problem we had was that the TV in the loungeroom didn't work. We changed the batteries in the remote but when it came on it said "no signal". It didn't bother us much as we don't watch a lot of TV but it might someone else. Other than that we had a wonderful stay

Reviewer Comments: We did not like this property, our third consecutive rental - we have been moving around while an insurance funded repair job is being done on our home and this one was for about 3 weeks after 7 weeks in 2 other accomodations.Funny bugs in the place. Very smell second bathroom (urine smell or sewer smell). Very old plasma (?) tv that could not receive all channels. No smart tv but the internet worked!

It was well maintained & had everything we needed.The only thing at times was the traffic noise in the early morning as the townhouse is on the main road and the windows are quite thin. Maybe heavier block out blinds and air conditioning may help to drown out the noise. The view was amazing but I would prefer a more restful sleep. Instructions and a booklet on how things work would have been extremely useful.
