En haut de l'escalier attend une oasis confortable, idéale pour un week-end romantique ou une semaine de voyage en famille.

La cuisine, le salon et la salle Ă  manger sont situĂ©s au niveau principal avec de beaux planchers de bois franc et une cheminĂ©e Ă  gaz. Dans la cuisine, vous trouverez des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable. De grandes fenĂȘtres font face Ă  l'ouest laissant entrer beaucoup de lumiĂšre. Passez du temps Ă  la table Ă  jouer Ă  l'un des nombreux jeux de sociĂ©tĂ© inclus ou blottissez-vous et regardez un film sur le combo Blu-Ray / DVD.

Deux chambres et deux salles de bains sont situĂ©es au niveau principal. La premiĂšre chambre a un lit queen avec 19 "tĂ©lĂ©vision Samsung et salle de bains ïżœïżœ proximitĂ©. La deuxiĂšme chambre est parfaite pour les enfants! Il a un lit superposĂ© avec un lit complet sur le fond et double sur le dessus avec une salle de bain privĂ©e. Il y a aussi une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat 27 "avec une Xbox 360 et une variĂ©tĂ© de jeux pour tous les Ăąges.

La suite principale spacieuse est encore plus haute. Un lit King Size, une télévision Samsung 32 ", un dressing, une douche et une grande baignoire à jets attendent dans cet espace chaleureux.

Dans la matinĂ©e, dĂ©gustez des gaufres ou faites quelques pas au cafĂ© C'est La Vie, situĂ© directement sous le condo. Profitez des crĂȘpes et du cafĂ© sans avoir Ă  voyager Ă  l'extĂ©rieur du pays! Ensuite, retournez dans votre panier pour pique-nique, prenez le tapis de plage et dirigez-vous vers l'ocĂ©an pour l'aprĂšs-midi.

Lovely home and nice access to the beach; however, with the pics posted online it looked like we were on the beach. So that was our only disappointment - not seeing the ocean first thing in the morning and last thing at night. Otherwise thank you for a lovely stay.

Nice place for the most part. Some of the towels and sheets were stained. I felt like communication from host could have been better. The unit is above the cafe so starting at 5am those on the main level feel like you’re in the kitchen with them. There is no a/c and we only found 1 fan in the unit. The rain and wind made it hard to leave the windows open.

Adorable vacation community

A fun family and dog friendly community right on the beautiful beach. The house was beautifully decorated and the right size for our group. Had a great time and would definitely go again!

very spacious and clean. we were a little surprised the cost was a little more than we are used to paying for accommodations, but since there were more of us it balanced out. over all very pleasant stay.

Check in smooth. Location was great. Kitchen was under supplied. Towels and linens pretty worn and not many provided. Several non functioning outlets in the kitchen. Carpet stained.

Fantastic stay

This house was beautiful! The master bedroom was a dream, prefect layout for all family members. Although small children and stairs would not work as well. Everything was perfect and clean. Would definitely stay here again! Close to the beach and a beautiful walk towards sunset.

Family Coastal vacation

A great property for families. We all had our own rooms, bathrooms and space. We could commingle and also retreat to rooms without feeling like we are on top of each other. Short walk to the beach access. Delicious aroma coming from the coffee shop below in the mornings. Such a peaceful neighborhood, very safe. I would definitely stay again and recommend to multigenerational families for family vacation.

Cozy and well equipped

We have always loved the Bella Beach area and the only problem we had with this stay is that it was too short. Lovely unit. We were initially concerned that the cafe below would be too loud in the morning, but they don't open until 8 and you couldn't really hear them anyway.

Disappointed!

We were disappointed in the property overall. Walls needed painted, baseboards need repair and paint. The main floor bedrooms the carpets in both bedrooms were heavily stained with pet stains. The wood floors were dirty and had not been mopped My grandchildren were suppose to stay with us and use those rooms but the carpet was disgusting so refused. I felt we were over charged!! We have stayed at Bella Beach for 12-15 years and probably will not return again. Wished I had thought to take pictures.

Missing a lot!

The customer service was poor. We arrived 50 minutes early to a clean home but weren’t allowed to enter because of “regulations” until exactly 4:00, so we sat outside for the 50 minutes. We had no Wi-Fi and called about it twice and were told someone would fix it, but no one did. There was only one kitchen towel and no potholder. The noise from the cafe below meant no sleeping in. The walk to the beach was short but all down hill with steep steps down to the beach and would have been challenging for an older person. There was absolutely NO beach equipment or toys, which seemed odd for a beach house. We would never go back.

Amazing apartment.

We loved the neighborhood. The apartment is above a wonderful cafe that serves fantastic crepes, sandwiches, and pastries. The beach is about a quarter of a mile away from the property. Short, easy walk to a big beach. The apartment had plenty of extra amenities. It could easily accommodate 8 people and not feel overcrowded. The only issue, which we’ve heard others complain about, was the WiFi didn’t work. I had to do some work from the apartment but was never able to get the WiFi to work. I called the property manager to get it rectified, but the problem wasn’t solved until late morning the following day. And they just gave us the password to the WiFi next door—which provided a very weak signal. Needless to say we abandoned trying to use the WiFi and I spent the rest of the day at Starbucks. Other than that the apartment exceeded our expectations. Well worth the price.

The Leyva Get-together

Bella Beach overall is a clear 10+! Our location could have been better but that was my fault for not paying closer attention! Regardless, the amenities and size of unit exceeded our expectations! Will be back but in a “house” unit with less stairsđŸŒ·

Great place for families/couples

The setup of this place is great. Three separate bedroom areas, each spacious and with their own (or related) complete bathrooms. The upstairs bedroom suite is insanely huge. We arrive late and had a range of issues getting into the place, but all were resolved with a few phone calls and such. But could have been clearer. Also, parking was a challenge -- there are NOT spaces dedicated to the rental, and on two occasions, there were not available nearby nighttime parking. And we only had 2 cars. The place itself is inviting, comfy, open and clean. There is no provided coffee or anything like that, so bring your own. And be comfy with stairs. Would stay here again, for sure.
