Exceptional house. Really liked kayaking to the salt marsh from their back dock. Loved all the hooks to hang things in the house too. Well-stocked kitchen too - such a bonus.

Quite escape

Nice property, great communication with owner spacious parking. It's a 43 min drive to Navarre Beach with no toll or a 33 min drive to Pensacola Beach with a 1 dollar one way toll. But the property was in a nice quiet area with direct access to inshore fishing

Wonderful

Everything was great! We stayed there last year and were very impressed with the improvements to the dock. The decor is top notched. All went well.

loved our stay!

We love staying there. We stayed a few times now on different occasions. It's quiet and peaceful! The doc is wonderful and the neighbors are quiet. We love how the bedrooms are situated for privacy yet the floor plan is open and sunny! A/c works great! They have all you need if you want to stay in and cook. The back yard is fenced and all we could hear every morning was birds. (they have a Gray Heron that comes around every evening) .We also enjoyed walkes around the water at night. The sunsets are incredible on the otherside of the neighborhood and if you go about 15 mins before sunset you will see the most beautiful view by the boat inlet. It is such a happy place. We will be staying again!

enjoyable

We could not get the projector to work. The kitchen should be better equipped, it did not have an electric mixer, the pans should be replaced. nothing a trip to Walmart couldn't fix. The decor was wonderful. The family liked it a lot. The place was clean, we had enough towels, soap, and liked the way everything was labeled. I had a wonderful time with my family, thank you so much.

Comfortable but not as fresh as the pictures show

The unit is comfortable and clean but found the unit in need of a good refresh to better match the pictures and to also ensure that everything is in good working condition. The outdoor deck areas appeared to be moldy. Not sure of the source but to us the home had a musty odor that was notable throughout the visit.

Good Location but that’s about it

We needed a house to rent for family wedding nearby. Pictures are not as accurate as real Life. No one contacted us upon arrival just instructions through email. Location was good. House was very dusty, hair in shower drain, master bed was horribly uncomfortable, the trash can outside was beyond full before we even got there, the yard had not been taken care of for awhile and it was in dyer need of a cut and trim, the driveway was beyond dirty…. This is not what we expected for the price we paid. During our stay we were not contacted at all. We followed the steps of checking out and I contacted the person in charge. All I got back was an: ok thanks.

Beautiful decor, great location, beds not comfy.

Beautiful decor, cozy home, great location to shopping and beaches. Fun game room. Neighborhood is friendly. Love the easy check-in and check out. The only negatives...the beds are horribly uncomfortable. My brother and sister in law slept on the couches because the beds were so bad. My nephew bed hopped to find the best mattress. Master bedroom bed was not the worst. The wood on the steps outback are rotted and warped. You just had to be careful. I understand its on the water and its damp.

Trully home away from home

This property is so relaxing, comfortable, welcoming, that for my other son's graduation next year, I'm planning to rent it again. There is something for everyone to do, the sun rise right view is breath taking. Even the sunset across the street was enjoyable. We didn't feel like going anywhere, just wanted to enjoy the warmneth of the home. I recomended 100%.

Nice quiet neighborhood on the canal!

Our stay was very nice. The house was spacious, full of character, and clean with a pretty view of the canal. It's conveniently located not too far from the airport. We spent time in Pensacola, Destin, Flora-Bama, Mobile and Pace, so this a great central point to meet up with our family living in the Panhandle. I'd definitely stay there again! :)

Beautiful home

The home is filled with many nice amenities, from plenty of towels, to a full kitchen. The home has many fine updates to the interior, nice finishing touches. Bunk beds are for children, we tried to make it work for young adults, wouldn’t recommend that. We stayed in the area for a family wedding, also would not recommend during cooler months. The heat pump could not keep up with size of house and cold weather. Overall, the home would be perfect during warmer months, would consider to stay again.

Conflict on house rules. Different from the web site when we actually purchase to rent. Beds were a bit uncomfortable and to small. We weren"t able to use kayaks due to that shed was kept closed. Property owners never contacted us during or after the stay.

Great stay!

My family had a great time while staying at this property! We are a boy family, so the gameroom downstairs and the gym was right up their alley! It was well stocked and well decorated to make our trip pleasant. My only suggestion is cookware because we were unable to use some of the pots due to rust. Beautiful place!!!

Our Stay

We spent most of the first night cleaning,since the property was dirty upon arrival. The kitchen smelt of fish, since there was fish placed down the garbage disposal. Not to mention the garbage disposal wasnt working, and the right side of the sink was clogged. The trash can was not wiped down and neither was the kitchen counter tops. The guest bath room trash was still filled with trash from the previous guests. I communicated these concerns to the owner, but I'm thoroughly disappointed since they stated they would sent a handyman for the disposal and no one came. Cleanliness is so important, especially since we are still in the middle of a pandemic. Also, the cost of purchasing batteries for the missing batteries in remotes upstairs for the Roku & Sony DVD Player on my own, as well as purchasing paper towels, hand soap, and small trash bags for bathrooms. The master shower reeked of urine. The back patio was not swept prior to arrival, and there was fish hooks from the previous guests left on the back patio.

Nice Coronacation

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It's beautiful, not as dreamy as the pictures, but still big, well-decorated, clean, modern, comfortable. The beach and restaurants are about 20-30 minutes away, but that's just what we wanted-no crowds and no contact with people. The air hockey table and projection screen (fortnite🙄) were a BIG hit with the kids. And my husband and son enjoyed fishing from the dock. The people we encountered in Milton were nice and friendly. We went to carpenter's Park, which has a splash pad, playground, fishing and boat ramps. The awesome owners were just a text away for any thing we needed.

This house has everything you could need for vacation. Plenty of room and space for two adult couples. Couldn't ask for anything more. Great communication between home owners.

Well stocked.

The house offers great amenities for larger families. I mostly appreciated all of the chargers available for charging devices and the master bathroom was amazing. The grass was terrible when we got there but they sent someone out to mow it 2 days later. The small things means a lot to parents. The fact that there were an abundance of games and toys and kitchen items helped SO much! We appreciated the laundry room even tho the washer needs to be hit on the top to finish a cycle LOL! It was overall an amazing place to stay!!! We will be back!!!
