Sisters weekend

Had a lovely stay in beautiful unit for 4 nights. Enjoyed sitting in enclosed porch each morning with our coffee and watching the ocean beauty!! Very quiet unit, loved the coffee pot choices; comfortable beds. A lovely gesture with the cookies and bottle of wine when entering unit. Thank you, Marci

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is comfortable and clean, and packed with plenty of supplies. The beach is steps away, lots of places to walk and ride bikes. We would definitely come again!

The only thing I would suggest is a new sofa. Several stains and several seat cushions kept sliding out. It was not very inviting to sit on. Other than that, I would rent again.

Very nice condo in great location! Big negative for us was losing a little over a half day of vacation because the power went out. Itrip people were most helpful, but it still caused much consternation. Power was restored while after Itrip folks contacted Dominion Power. We suspect that a bill wasn’t paid, because no one from power company had to come to the site. Otherwise, great week

First VRBO stay

We had a family emergency and needed a comfortable place to stay for an undetermined amount of time. We stayed in a lovely condo in a quiet location on Isle of Palms, SC. We had to extend our stay on two occasions and Stephen was so helpful and nice throughout our stay. Highly recommend VRBO from our first experience.

3re time at Isle of Palms

The stay was great. The check-in process (getting parking passes for the condo) was horrible and frustrating.

Thank you for staying with us at Flip Flop Fun, and I’m glad to hear you enjoyed your time in the condo. I’m sorry the check-in at the resort gate wasn’t as smooth as it should’ve been. The parking passes are issued directly by the resort, not by our team, and on rare occasions the gate staff mix up their own procedure and tell guests the passes are in the unit. They’re not — they’re always meant to be provided at the gate. Our pre-arrival directions do spell out exactly what the guards need — your name and the unit address — and a reminder that the passes are issued there at the gatehouse. Most days that works exactly as intended, but when the resort staff slip off script it can certainly cause frustration, and I don’t blame you for feeling that way. We appreciate you rolling with it, and we’re glad the rest of the stay hit the mark. If you return to the Lowcountry, we’d love to host you again and make sure your arrival is as easy as the rest of your vacation.
