Eco-Friendly 3BR 1BA Sunnyside Bungalow

Great location in the Sunnyside neighborhood. 100% eco-friendly with solar power. Built in electric vehicle charging. Walk to great restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops. Beautiful home on a huge lot with plenty of private parking.

The house has solar panels and can produce enough electricity for your entire stay. There is dedicated electric vehicle charging available. House has 3 bedrooms - one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and a dedicated office with a chair that converts to a twin bed. There is also a twin air mattress in the living room. Includes a large bathroom. Home is equipped with a brand new central cooler that not only keeps things nice and cool in the summer but provides a bit of added humidity to counteract Denvers dry climate. Huge kitchen with 5 burner gas stove. Lots of outdoor lounging space. You will have exclusive access to the home and back patio for your stay.

You will have access to all amenities on the patio including a fire pit, large propane grill, and a comfortable shaded seating area with a table. Grill and fire pit use 20lbs propane tanks and there is an Ace hardware 4 blocks away that can provide propane exchange. There is dedicated electric vehicle charging available from the side of the house.

The property was fine. Advertised as 3 bedroom but one room was clearly an office. Beds were comfortable but shower needs attention. Overall for the price I would recommend this place to other guests!

It was our first time in Denver and this was the perfect location for us!! We were able to walk to the coffee shops around the corner and just a quick drive to the baseball field! The gate on the property was a lovely security feature I appreciated and a major plus was having parking!! The neighborhood is quiet at night but lovely during the day. The house was very cozy and so welcoming. We had the best time!!

Weird House

Way to much clutter laying around the property. Switches coming out of the walls that had no use. Many where labeled and locked. This home is not what it is advertised to be. I found many hairs laying on the bathroom floor and shower the first night I arrived. I have stayed in MANY VRBO's this was the least desirable to date.

Great Denver stay!

We were in need of a place to call home for a week in between moving out of our old house into our new home, and this was a lovely stay for us and our pets! The hosts were lovely and communicated wonderfully with us. It was a beautiful home and I thoroughly enjoyed the patio.

This home is larger than the pictures reveal. Very comfortable and close to everything. It was very nice to have a place to spend with pets. The shower is fantastic.

Inside Great unless it's middle of summer, outside neighborhood is suspect

Owner communicated well when I reached out, but not much done to rectify the fact that it was middle of August and the only sources of air were window units in the 2 bedrooms (one hidden behind the bed) and a central air unit not functioning. If they can get central AC functioning the house is just fine, but area is still up and coming to put it lightly.

Guest booked for others through his account and did not communicate that there was an issue with cooling until 2 days into the reservation. We immediately called him but he refused to accept any calls from us or our property managers. This forced us to message him in the app - which he claimed was too long of a description. Operation of the air conditioner was clearly communicated and air conditioners in both bedrooms are very easy to find and operate (simple on/off operation). After not reporting issues for two days (because he wasn't present at the house) and then not responding to phone calls, the guest attempted to get a reduced rate for his stay after we already allowed him to bring a dog without paying the normal pet fee. This property is in one of the most established and safest neighborhoods in North Denver but it is a very diverse neighborhood which apparently was an issue for this guest.

Fun place to stay!

This property was a great value and a warm, welcoming place to stay. I would recommend this property as a place to stay to any of my friends. The rooms were comfortable and we were provided anything we needed as out of town guests. Much homier than being at a hotel.
