Cozy house next to nature 1.5km from the beautiful beach of Mozambique, surrounded by the reserve and forest park of Rio Vermelho, the neighborhood has good commercial infrastructure with gas stations, bakeries, restaurants, mini markets, health center and pharmacies. It also has regular bus lines running through the neighborhood; consisting mostly of residential houses and small businesses along the main road leading to the neighboring English and Barra da Lagoa neighborhoods.
