About this property

Sandcastles 404 - Come for the Launches, Stay for the Beach !

NOTE: Updated OCTOBER 2025 : there is major construction of the Westin Resort next door North of Sandcastles. Our balcony directly faces this construction site looking North. There will be noise off and on throughout the day OUTSIDE, but not INSIDE unit. You will still have Ocean View looking East from the balcony.

Looking for a condo with that comfy coastal feel? Welcome to the beach vacation you have been dreaming about!

This unit has a spectacular Northeast view for space launches, side view of the beach and Atlantic Ocean. Additionally, you can gaze north toward Cape Canaveral and see the cruise ships arriving and departing. We are a minute's walk to the ocean and just over an hour's drive to all of Orlando's attractions and theme parks. We have a strict NO SMOKING/NO PETS policy (Sorry we don't even bring our own pet over.)

You will be staying in a renovated two bedroom, two bathroom condo on the 4th Floor with all the luxuries of home. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils and appliances for your convenience.
 
UPDATE:
November 2021 - All new large kitchen appliances (and yes, a personal Keurig), flooring throughout, cabinets throughout, bathroom renos and much more.
December 2016 - New A/C unit installed
Summer 2016 - Brand new full size washer and dryer, and toilets.

The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, wall mounted TV, walk-in closet and bathroom en suite. The second bedroom has a twin bed and a full size bed as well as a generous closet and wall mounted TV.

Luxury vinyl flooring throughout, this is a smoke-free and pet-free unit, very family friendly! We've included everything you'll need: all bed and bath linens (including beach towels), beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and boogie boards.

There's a dining room and a family room. The family room features a flat-screen TV with cable and movie channels and the dining has table for 6. This coastal feel condo can't be beat for comfort and convenience. We have great high-speed WIFI throughout.

Sandcastles includes a beautiful outdoor pool and spa, tennis courts, private beach access and key-coded elevators and stairways for your security.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We've rented Florida condos for over 30 years. We do a lot of cooking, and this condo is well stocked. The beds and living room furniture were very comfortable. Kathleen is quick to respond to any question we had and even helped us out with a problem that wasn't her responsibility. It's also a quick 3-minute walk to the beach which was a highlight.

The condo was exactly as advertised. Clean with everything supplied to make our stay worry-free. I would recommend replacing some of the older chairs, but they definitely served their purpose and were greatly appreciated. This property had everything we needed for our stay and for the beach. No need to bring anything for the beach. They had it all:) Perfect place to see launches, go to Kennedy and Disney, but also still enjoy the beach. We could see the beach and launches from the balcony which was a nice feature. There was also a pool to enjoy. Close to lots of restaurants and little shopping areas. Just a 1/2 hr from Kennedy and an hour from Disney and the airport. This was a great vacation!!!

We had a wonderful stay! Location was great and accommodations were exactly as listed. Full kitchen with anything you might need, as well as full beach gear (umbrellas, towels, toys, coolers, chairs). Host was great and super responsive to our questions before we arrived, and even checked in on us during our stay with a quick hello message. Would definitely recommend!
