Bellamente renovado West End House w / Espectacular jardín y excelente ubicación!

Encantadora casa independiente llena de sol en una ubicación privilegiada en el deseable West End de Ptown. Esta casa fue construida en 1850 y tiene un gran jardín privado. ¡Esta espaciosa casa se sometió a una renovación de arriba a abajo en 2018! El salón tiene una catedral, techos con vigas, una chimenea de gas y un conjunto de puertas dobles que se abren al hermoso y amplio jardín. Los 3 baños han sido completamente renovados con acabados de primera línea.
El jardín recientemente renovado cuenta con 2 áreas separadas de patio de piedra azul para cenar y relajarse. Hay una mesa de comedor para hasta 8 personas y una sala de estar / sala de estar separada. Además hay una parrilla y ducha al aire libre.
La cocina abierta tiene electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable y está totalmente equipada. El piso de arriba soleado y luminoso tiene 2 dormitorios, ambos con baños nuevos y espaciosos en suite con excelente almacenamiento, techos altos y tragaluces. El tercer dormitorio y el tercer baño están abajo. Todas las habitaciones tienen camas king size super cómodas y televisores de pantalla plana. La casa tiene aire acondicionado central, con controles separados para cada habitación, pisos de pino antiguo, cable / wifi, sistema de sonido Sonos y pisos con calefacción radiante en los baños. Estacionamiento para hasta 2 autos pequeños y medianos.
La casa está ubicada en una encantadora calle en el histórico West End de Provincetown, que es la parte de la ciudad más cercana a la playa de Herring Cove. Está a solo 2 cuadras de Relish Bakery & Sandwich Shop en el paseo marítimo de Commercial St, a 5 minutos a pie del gimnasio Mussel Beach y a pocos pasos del Boatslip. Absolutely beautiful home in Ptown. Great location, quiet yet walkable to everything. The backyard is a perfect place for morning coffee or evening cocktails. We loved it and would highly recommend staying here. Thanks to our hosts for creating such a lovely getaway.

This was my first time staying in this Nickerson house. The owners have done a great job with the updates and keeping the expected PTown charm. The rooms and bathrooms were a nice size and the amenities were as expected. Although the weather kept us from utilizing the outdoor space much, it was super nice and would be great for some our door meals and morning coffee with the sun coming up. The owners were extremely accommodating and easy to work with. Great stay.

We had a wonderful three days at this beautiful home on a great, and super quiet, street. Easy walking distance to everything Ptown has to offer. We were 3 couples and everyone had nothing but great things to say about the home. Super clean, thoughtful touches and very well laid out. You simply must make time to relax in the backyard as it’s lovely and enchanting. We hope to come back soon.

Spectacular!

This was our first stay in Drew and Alan’s home and hopefully not our last! The house is beautifully appointed, comfortable, and perfectly located. It is private and quiet, but so close to the fun of Commercial Street, just a quick walk away. I cannot recommend this home highly enough!

Great stay

We had a great time at Drew’s place. It’s a great location in a quiet area not far from the main strip. We had a group of 6 stay in the house which had plenty of space and an amazing patio to hang out with a larger group. Would definitely stay again.

What a lovely vacation house!

Went with a group of friends and we spent a relaxing week. It's a high-end property, it's newly renovated and the landscaping is really well done. On a quiet street but close to all of the West End and Commercial Street. Provincetown has gotten fancy and this place fit right in. Beach house vibes. Our hosts were very responsive to questions and suggestions. Thanks for a terrific stay!

It’s a lovely place, quiet neighborhood, with a fantastic garden where we spent lots of time. House is updated with comfortable king beds, nice showers, comfortable furniture and tasteful decor. Only minor issue the 1st floor bedroom’s bathroom is not en-suite and the kitchen is very small, but well equipped. If you’re a big screen tv watcher this wouldn’t be for you as tv’s are tiny, but this was actually a plus for us. Overall cannot go wrong choosing this home.

Great PTown Getaway - perfect!

Beautiful home! Great location! Fabulous outdoor space! All three bedrooms have a king sized bed (hard to find in PTown) and parking for two cars! What else can you ask for? Our family had a terrific stay and hope to book again. Home is within walking distance to all West End favorite spots!

Lovely house in historic Provincetown

House was recently renovated and is in very good condition. Has great outdoor space with an eating area and a separate seating area which is very nice to relax in. Location is an easy 15 minute walk from downtown and all of it's restaurants and activities. Well equipped furnishings in great condition. Owners were always available and good to deal with. Overall a great place to stay.

Perfect Ptown Stay

Drew's home exceeded our expectations in every way, from the smooth check-in to the stress-free check-out. The house itself is ideal for 3 couples, with beautiful shared spaces and 3 large and well-appointed bedrooms/baths. The garden is very large and immaculately groomed. The attention to detail inside and out is spectacular. Located in a quiet neighborhood but just a few minutes walk to the action. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience with this VRBO stay. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, making the check-in process a breeze. The house itself was beautiful and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The location was perfect – nestled in a quiet area, yet conveniently close to everything I needed. My New Annual Spot!

This property hit all my buttons. Perfect location, massive outdoor space, outdoor shower, nice new grill (that we didn't use thanks to hurricane Dorian), KING beds, A/C, full baths for each room, parking... it's got it all. This is a newly renovated old home. It's basically the perfect Ptown experience.

Lovely home and location

My friends and I had an excellent stay at this beautiful home. The listing description is definitely accurate. The home is newly renovated so the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living area are all very clean, bright, and in excellent condition. We particularly liked how well the bathrooms are appointed with modern showers and vanities. The garden is the largest of any private home I've seen in Ptown. It's well-maintained with a nice variety of plants and shrubs. We'll definitely stay here again.

Hidden luxury in Ptown

I have been going to Ptown with a group of friends for the past 6 years (combination of summers and Halloween), and I can easily say this has been our favorite place to stay. The house itself is perfect – comfortable, plenty of space for relaxing, and very thoughtfully designed. Some highlights include the gas fireplace, the super comfortable king-sized beds, the bathrooms (complete with heated floors) and the extremely spacious outdoor space. The house is also in a great location - super close to Relish (one of my favorite breakfast spots) and an easy walk to tea and town. I hope to definitely stay here again in the future!

Perfect Slice of Heaven

Wow! This is the perfect space for a small group/ family or a couple. My husband and I invited our adult girls for a couple of days during our stay and everyone can hardly wait to go back. The house has bathrooms for each bedroom which is so nice on a vacation. The property is also just the perfect blend of comfort and luxury and modern amenities with traditional charm. The kitchen was more than well appointed and had everything we could need. We cooked in easily one night and had fun taking the short walk to town for breakfast and other meals out. The backyard is beautifully landscaped and adds so much additional space for socializing and relaxing. Just when we thought it couldn’t get any better we tried the outdoor shower in the backyard! HEAVEN! Beaches are a short run away and we were mesmerized by the wildlife. We had a lovely week and will be returning!

Greatest rental in P-town!

This has been my favorite rental in P-town. The accommodations were top notch and the location couldn’t be better. Each bedroom had a king size bed and its own, beautiful bathroom… hard to find in this town. We loved using the beautiful outdoor space for meals and cocktails. I didn’t need to reach out, as we had no issues, but the hosts were easy to contact.

Tranquil Oasis in the West End

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very comfortable, with well appointed bedrooms and spacious bathrooms. The garden is beautiful. It has everything you could possibly need for a lovely stay in Provincetown. We look forward to returning for another visit.

Provincetown has the perfect combination of beach and historic Americana combined with a vibrant town filled with restaurants, interesting shops, art galleries and great nightlife. We fell in love with the house immediately when we saw it. We loved the idea of having the privacy of a freestanding historic house with a garden. We felt the location is perfect-- just a short walk to the heart of town and easy access to beaches.

We completely renovated the house to the standards we would want for ourselves when we use the house. The house is sun filled and guests will find they are happy to spend time at the house whether it is inside or enjoying being outside in the garden!
