Beach Pine House


This exquisite beach house has 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms, 2200 square feet of comfort and luxury. Just a short walk to the famous Cape Kiwanda beach access and restaurants, however, you may not want to leave home with the well-stocked kitchen, gas fireplace, flat-screen TVs in every room, cable tv in every room, wifi throughout the house, comfy furniture with fuzzy blankets, games, puzzles and books. Our spacious dining table seats 8 with seating for 2 more at the bar. Plenty of room for the whole family to dine together. The bedrooms have cozy beds with luxury linens and fantastic views from the 2nd story. Plenty of towels for everyone, an on-demand water heater so you will never run out of hot water. New large front load washer and dryer, with laundry soap provided. Dartboard and full-sized air hockey table in the garage. Outdoor hot and cold water faucet to wash off those sandy feet. Hot Tub, horseshoes Gas BBQ and fire pit in a totally fenced yard. . A 3 block walk to Cape Kiwanda state park where you can watch the surfers, climb up then roll down the monster sand dune, take memorable pictures or just quietly stroll along the beach. Perfect for families or for a grown-up get away!

Overall this home was satisfactory for most of our needs. When we arrived unfortunately a carbon dioxide alarm was going off but they did come and fix it. Our biggest disappointment was the hot tub being broken as this was a huge factor in us booking this stay.

Close walk to the Pelican and the beach

This house was a great home base for our 4th of July weekend. We were able to walk to all of our favorite places and enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub at the end of the day. We would love to stay here again!

Great Beach House

This was a great house to stay in while my kids had a few days off from school. We especially picked this house because it has an air hockey table! Unfortunately, the kids said it didn’t work that great…quite old. But we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. We wished there was more lighting in the backyard. Great location to the beach, easy to find.

Sweet house, walkable to the ocean

This house was perfect for our Thanksgiving weekend. The kitchen was well stocked with knives, utensils, platters and bowls. It was super clean! The hot tub was not working. A call to a maintenance person soon got it in order. Pillows in upstairs primary bedroom were quite worn out and maybe need replaced but this is SO SO minor. We loved being able to walk to the beach or ride the cruisers in the garage. Having 4 bedrooms with actual beds was a luxury. I look very forward to staying here again!

Clean and Comfortable, with Room for Everyone!

We enjoyed 4 nights at this lovely house with our friends and family. The well-stocked kitchen had everything we needed. We grilled elk burgers and sausages and had a fresh fish and clam fry (we brought our own Fry Daddy). We used the fire pit, horse-shoes and the hot tub. Pacific City is small enough that we were close to everything we needed: beaches, grocery store, bar and grill, etc.

Great Beach House

Big house in great condition. We had tons of space with just two of us staying (nice offseason rate), but it could easily accommodate several couples or a couple families with kids. Huge, comfy couch. Big dining table. Nice Kitchen. TVs with Rokus in every bedroom. Stocked with puzzles and games, and beach supplies in the garage. Hot tub and a spacious outdoor hangout spot with plenty of seating. The location was great. Short, easy walk to the beach and several restaurants, including Pelican Brewing and a small grocery market. There's another stretch of restaurants/cafes across the river, just a quick 3-4 minute drive away. We ate at Pelican Brewing, Sportsman's Pub-N-Grub, Los Caporales, The Riverhouse, and Grateful Bread, and all were great.

Nice quiet coastal home

The house was big enough for more than 8 guests the hot tub was just what we needed to unwind after the week and the hail storm made it even better💕 Quiet with plenty of privacy!

Spacious and beautiful

We had a wonderful stay. The house is very spacious so much room. The hot tub is large as well and so relaxing. Short walk to the beach. Amazing viiews of haystack rock from 2 of ths second floor rioms. Air hickey was fun and the beach cruiser bike that worked was great. I rode the bike to the bech for sunrise, the bike rode great in the sand. Very equiped with everything you need and the kitchen is labeled where everything is. Definitely a 5 star 🌟

Fishing trip

Friends fishing trip to PC, house was big and well laid out. Parking was a bit tight but the team with Meredith lodging really worked to help us resolve it. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent again.

ALMOST PERFECT HOUSE FOR US

This house was easy to access, suited our family, and had many amenities...most importantly a great hot tub, firepit and fenced yard. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 for location was because of the traffic noise. The noise wasn't terrible, but was loud enough for me to need earplugs to sleep. And since we were there just before the 4th of July, firecrackers through the night disrupted the sleep of our 7 year old. The beach, however, was very convenient, so my overall rating of 5 still holds.
