This spacious and beautiful newly built vacation house is the perfect haven to gather with family or friends. An open main floor with a fully equipped high-end kitchen, dining room and living room are ideal for entertaining. Spread out and make yourself comfortable in the elegant and cozy surroundings. The four bedrooms are tastefully furnished and feature plush bedding, luxury linens and adjoining bathrooms.

Carabel invites you to relax and have fun in many ways. Linger on the ocean view decks to enjoy the sun and experience the stunning scenery of the Oregon Coast. Curl up on the plush sofas to watch a movie or have a soak in the private hot tub, or retreat to the bonus room to play wii on the large flat screen tv. While staying at Carabel, you are sure to make many fond memories to last a lifetime.

Carabel is part of Belhaven, a charming neighborhood of newly constructed, quality homes built by Oksenholt Construction Company that embody character, craftsmanship and splendor. You will fall in love with Belhaven’s traditional architecture and ocean views north to Cascade Head during your stay. Belhaven’s location in Roads End means the beach is minutes away down an easy walking trail. Its private street loop gives children freedom to ride bikes, play at Belhaven’s playground or shoot hoops at the Belhaven basketball court. At the end of the day, you may be roasting marshmallows with family and friends at the community fire-pit while you watch the sun set over the ocean.

This was a beautiful, well appointed beach house. My only negative is that we arrived 15 minutes early but the lock on the door won’t work until exactly 4pm. After a long drive we needed the restroom but had to wait longer… would be nice if there was a little buffer in that

We enjoyed staying at this house. It was clean and well maintained. The only suggestion I have is it would be a nice touch to add a couple of shelves in the bathrooms for guests to put their toiletries and cosmetics as the counter space is very limited.

Fun for friends gathering

A group of friends stayed here over a weekend. Kitchen was easy to use and be able to stay in earshot of conversations. Bathrooms connected to the bedrooms were nice to have. The walk to the beach was short, and the hot tub in the rain felt great! The house was clean and the check in process super easy. Living room could use more seating or floor pillows so people don’t have to squish together. Decking on lower deck starting to rot. Some wear on floorboards and walls.

Great place

Great place but alot of things broken and missing things from the kitchen like the mixer didnt have the mixing things. Toilet holder isnt in the wakl all the way. I did bring this up with the staff and they were great with communicatio. Beds were okay. Not a kid friendly house.

Girls Bday Get Away

The location of house was great. Very nice neighborhood. All 8 of us girls had a place to sleep and all the bathrooms helped. We walked to the casino and also took a short drive to the beach.

Weekend Getaway

We overall enjoyed our stay. Some things that we noticed were that the wifi didn't work well, water pressure was low, there was damage to the towel holder in the master bath, the handheld shower head in the master bath tub had zero pressure and made it unusable. The space is great, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking, the views were beautiful and the short walk to the beach was great.

Great place in Lincoln City

Worked for our family of 8 (mainly adults). Good location. Clean. Had everything we needed. One issue. The listing had it as 4 bathrooms but in reality it is 3 full baths and 2 1/2 baths (to make four). Not a big issue but we had planned on 4 baths. Everything else was great!

Great place to stay

It was a great place to stay. Close to the beach, Safeway and food. There are a few things that need some fixing (bathroom toilet paper holder in master bathroom broken, door knob on pantry broken, washer smells moldy, the house could use dusting on high areas of the walls and the upstairs starts at perfect temperature, but the downstairs was pretty cold). The hot tub was a huge plus!

Dirty and Needs Repair

I set up this rental for a family vacation in March. It has been 5 years since our family was able to get together and it was important. The house was nice and a good size. But there were some issues that need to be brought to your attention. Prior to checking in I had asked if we could come in a little earlier. This request was denied, as the cleaning crew needed the time. I didn’t think anything of it until we got into the house. There was a note that stated, there was a load of towels in the dryer and we are to fold them. As a guest I find that very wrong. Additionally, please read on. There was trash under the beds including used band aids. One of the beds had nail clippings in it! The floors were not clean and dishes were put away dirty. Several of the bathroom sinks were clogged. The toilet paper dispenser was completely broken in the primary (master) bathroom. I stayed in the carriage house. The bed was broken, there is plenty of room for a queen size bed, just a suggestion. The worst was, whoever stayed in that room before smoked. Trying to cover it up with an air freshener did not help as I have allergies no one in our party smoke. None of the bedrooms had luggage racks and putting suitcases on a dirty floor is not something any of us appreciated. The Wi-Fi was extremely poor, and several of us had meetings for work and the connection didn’t work. One of my son’s (a guest) is in that business and it is a easy fix, so no excuse for that. So, I paid 2 service fees of almost $1,000. And I am not sure what that was for as we were required to strip all of the beds and start laundry, gather all the towels, load and run the dishwasher, empty the refrigerator, and take out the trash. So, what does your so-called cleaning crew do???? My sister and brother-in-law (also guests) own a vacation rental and they would never require their guests to do all that is on your check out list, as that is what their cleaning crew does. We had to purchase liquid soup at the grocery store, for each bathroom and kitchen, as the few little bars of soup didn’t work at all. So again, please explain to me what the fees that I paid for cover as we did as much or all that I would expect any cleaning crew to do in the 5 hours from check out to the next check in? We are planning to do this again and find a house this size, but I would have reservations using your company. Unfortunately, I could not give a good review with everything stated.
