Indulge in your next trip to the coast with a stay at this luxurious oceanfront condo six blocks north of Newport’s Nye Beach. Not only will you enjoy panoramic ocean views from your cliff-top location—you’re walking distance to evening entertainment at the Performing Arts Center and stellar Nye Beach shopping and dining. The spacious living room has plenty of seating on modern leather couches, lovely decor, a gas fireplace and a flat-screen TV/DVD. A sliding glass door gives you fantastic views and access to a large covered balcony that includes a dining table and chairs for al fresco meals or a glass of wine at sunset. The dining room indoors seats six and it’s easy to prepare wonderful meals in the fully equipped, upscale kitchen with granite countertops, stainless appliances and a gas range.

This home is a terrific place to take other couples because of the privacy of two primary suites and a third bedroom with its own hallway bath. One king primary suite has a sitting area with ocean views as well as a beautiful bath with a walk-in shower and access to the outdoor balcony. The other has a Walk-in shower. There is an elevator at the condo that makes its second-floor location easy to reach. There’s beach access from the home down a trail along the bluff; there’s easier public access close by at Nye Beach. All the exciting activities of Newport are an easy drive across town. Book some time at this luxury condo and relax as you watch whales by day and see the Yaquina Head Lighthouse shine by night!

Probably the nicest condo we have ever stayed at. It was the cleanest and most welcoming by far. Very well stocked with everything you could want. As beautiful as the pictures .

We very much enjoyed the stay. Too bad everyday was dense for. Nonetheless some days finally cleared for the wonderful view of the lighthouse and ocean. Will definitely recommend.

Lovely views! We were three generations of adults, so the private space was almost as important as the shared space. Very family friendly. We always started our mornings on the balcony just each bedroom began moving. How nice that was. We'll have happy memories for years.

This well-stocked, beautiful condo is in a perfect location to visit Newport and the Oregon coast. We especially liked having two master suites, great for more than one couple.

Beautiful condo , loved the beach theme decor tastefully done. All the beds were comfy, the suites were beautiful with a view, heated floors, one had a TV, one did not. I could not find a cheese grater, no saran wrapOr ziplock bags, we bought some cheap at Walmart. Lots of good games, everything worked well. Lots of coffee shops and several restaurants really close by. Would recommend….. check in is very late 4pm and check out 10am.

Paradise on the beach

Everything we wanted - except the weather

This is a lovely property. The views of the sea are fabulous!The kitchen has everything we needed, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice and comfortable. We loved having the fireplace on as we watched the blustery days and ocean waves. We also enjoyed putting a jigsaw puzzle together on one of the rainy days.
