Enjoy our wonderful sunsets with the western exposure view from the screened enclosed lanai. With 2,134 sq ft of living area , our home is fully furnished and has everything you need for a perfect vacation.
This beautiful gulf access home features a king-sized bed in the master, a queen bed in bedroom 2, and 2 XL twin beds in bedroom 3. There is also a Pack N Play crib. There are smart TVs in the living room, master bedroom and twin bedroom. Wireless internet is accessible throughout the house and lanai.
The fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops includes all major appliances, pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker, toaster --everything needed to feel like home.
The screened lanai has a gas grill and a large dining table with 6 comfortable chairs. There are also chaise lounge chairs for relaxing in the sun. You might see fish jumping in the canal, and there are turtles and ducks that often visit the dock area. There are colorful LED lights in the pool and spa for night time swim.
