We very much enjoyed hosting this guest. And I love this comment about Hartford House having the charm of an historic home that has the convenience of a modern place. That's exactly how we describe this home stay ... it captures great parts of old Atlanta and great parts of new Atlanta. And 100% BOMB Biscuit is the BOMB! :) We would happily host this guest again, and certainly am pleased they would stay again. I highly recommend everyone seeing Atlanta at some point - even if guests don't stay at Hartford House. Although, we think they should.

I am thrilled when a guest has a great stay at Hartford House. We find the best way to ensure a guest enjoys the stay is to ensure a good fit between the guest and the home. We do everything we can to make certain a guest knows what to expect and that we are available if someone has a question. We would host this guest again - we think it was a good fit!

We hosted this family in November 2024. I love the use of the word NICE -- because we do call Hartford House NICE and COMFY. We have a true southern home with a great porch - we are glad to hear the guests enjoyed our "sit and stay" porch. Come see why guests say the home is comfortable! A great stay starts with us helping a guest ensure we are the best fit for them ... we are usually a great fit for guests excited to see Atlanta, have cool activities planned, maybe have some work to do - but truly want to experience Atlanta in a real neighborhood. Atlanta has so much to see and do. Outdoor activities (cycling, hiking, strolling) and indoor activities (the aquarium, museums, art galleries, shopping!). And Hartford House is the perfect home base. Come see why guests love staying at Atlanta, and at Hartford House.

We LOVE repeat guests! Especially those who take extra care with the home and our neighbors. We would gladly host Robert again and are pleased our home was convenient to the places he needed to get to. We ARE in a really easy spot - close to downtown - but it does not feel like downtown. We have owls, and falcons, and raccoons. We have the highest concentration of trees in all of Atlanta - which makes for some great habitat for wildlife. Come see our little home in the CITY.

We appreciate Michelle's feedback on Hartford House. We don't have a written mission and values statement for our family rental -- but if we did, charming and clean would absolutely be on the list of values. We strive to ensure our home is always clean and comfortable for our guests. We would definitely welcome Michelle back to visit us again if she finds herself in Atlanta in the future. We are glad Ms. Karen found our home to be convenient. We really are in a great spot. We are close to downtown, the stadiums, the zoo, aquarium, national landmarks, etc. And we do provide this great location at a very reasonable price point. We love travelers and enjoy offering our home at a price families can afford. We would absolutely love for Ms. Karen to stay with us again in the future.
