The apartment consists of 2 rooms, is modern and tastefully decorated and has everything you could wish for on holiday to spend a relaxing time. The ground-floor apartment is comfortable with a great attention to detail cozy Non smoking. It is about 56 m² in size and bright. It consists of a living room with terrace, one bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and hallway with storage. The apartment is equipped with laminate flooring. In the living room is the dining area (dining table with 4 chairs) and a sitting area with TV. The sofa provides an additional bed for 2 persons. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed with 2 mattresses, a spacious wardrobe and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom has a bath with shower and toilet. The newly built, modern style and kitchen is fully equipped incl. Microwave and dishwasher. The terrace faces south and is partly covered. Comfortable patio furniture. On the rear building area is located a flat for associated parking space. In lockable shed Community bicycles can be parked.

1 cot and 1 highchair are available and are free of charge.

Visit "Wellness Camp Dune 6". The facility is 5 minutes by car from the Friedenstr. 3 away in Zingst and from 13 - 20 is opened clock. There you can also swim in the winter, massage, sauna, gym, pedicure, peeling, etc. , Everything your heart desiring to enjoy. There you can park for free. Wohlfühlen ab der 1. Sekunde

Wir haben 2 wunderbare Wochen in Zingst verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, liebevoll eingerichtet und vor allem sehr sauber. Die Lage ist okay, direkt an der Flaniermeile, die Umgebung aber nicht zu laut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis

Wir haben zu zweit einen schönen spätsommerlichen Urlaub in Zingst verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt direkt im Zentrum von Zingst und bietet eine gute Ausgangsbasis für die Erkundung der Umgebung. Mehrere Bäcker liegen gleich um die Ecke und an guten Restaurants besteht kein Mangel. Die Wohnung ist schlicht aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet und bietet genügend Platz für 2-4 Personen. Ein Parkplatz liegt hinter dem Haus. Den Strand kann man zu Fuß in gut 10 Minuten erreichen. Mit dem Fahrrad kann man schöne Touren in alle Richtungen unternehmen. Alles in allem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne entspannte Woche in Zingst in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung. Sie ließ keine Wünsche offen. Gut das an jedem Fenster Fliegengitter sind. Ein großer Fahrradraum. Dafür sind die Parkplätze ziemlich eng. Der Bäcker ist praktisch um die Ecke. Und wer nicht selbst kochen möchte hat jede Menge Möglichkeiten zum Essen gehen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in super Lage

Gleich nach Aufschließen der Wohnungstür fühlte man sich wohl, da die Unterkunft sehr modern und mit angenehmen Farben ausgestattet ist. Sogar an dezente Weihnachtsdeko wurde gedacht, worüber wir uns gefreut haben. Vielleicht könnte im Wohnzimmer auch noch ein Plissee an den Fenstern angebracht werden (wie im Bad und Schlafzimmer), was in den frühen Morgen-/Abendstunden, wenn man nicht die dunklen Vorhänge schließen will, von Vorteil wäre. Die tolle Lage unmittelbar an der Strandstraße war ein ganz großer Pluspunkt für uns!!! Einzig etwas negativ zu bewerten ist die Größe des Stellplatzes. Wir hatten Glück, dass wir erst am letzten Tag einen Nachbarn hatten, aber der Platz ist so schmal, dass man kaum die Autotür öffnen kann. Auf alle Fälle hat es uns so gefallen, dass wir wiederkommen werden.

Zingst , ein volles Ostseebad

An der Ferienwohnung gibt es keine Kritik. Aber sie lag an der Ausfahrtsstraße vom Zentrum, daher kam jeglicher Fahrzeugverkehr einschließlich Lieferverkehr direkt vorbei, Lärm zu jeder Tageszeit. Zusätzlich eine Baustelle genau gegenüber. Es wurden und werden zuviele Unterkünfte gebaut, Ort ist damit überlaufen und hat kein Flair mehr, für uns keine Option für weitere Reisen dorthin. Und in dieser Zeit mit Corona haben viele die nötigen Abstände nicht eingehalten.

Flitterwochen in Zingst, Haus Stranddistel

Im Juli letzten Jahres haben wir unsere Flitterwochen in Zingst verbracht. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und von der Hausverwalterin, die sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ist, gab es sogar ein kleines Präsent. Die Lage der Wohnung ist top, im näheren Umkreis gibt es verschiedene Bäckereien, Supermärkte und die Hauptflaniermeile ist keine 100m entfernt. Durch die Lage an einer Einbahnstraße ist es trotzdem ruhig, beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse morgens wurden wir nicht durch vorbeifahrende PKW o.ä. gestört. In der Wohnung selbst ist bis auf eine Waschmaschine alles vorhanden, aber eine Packung Rei in der Tube und eine Badewanne konnten dies ohne Probleme auffangen ;) Ansonsten merkt man, dass die Wohnung mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet wurde. Eine Auswahl an Gesellschaftsspielen, Büchern und DVD´s ließ auch bei schlechtem Wetter keine Langeweile aufkommen. Alles in allem war es ein toller Urlaub in einer super Gegend, bei dem die Wohnung das berühmte "i-Tüpfelchen" war. Wir planen schon unseren nächsten Urlaub dort!
