My husband and I love to travel and so far our most favorite city is Barcelona where we were blown away by Gaudi's architecture. I'm a qualified Body Stress Release Practitioner and Hypnotherapist. I have a busy practice at my home. My practice rooms are on the other side of our property, far away from our AirBnB apartment.

I love dancing, art, live theatre, movies, music, food, wine, socializing with friends, meeting new people, animals, nature, learning and expanding my mind ... I love life and I am grateful for so many things! My life motto is "Growth requires a temporary surrender of security"!

Our studio apartment is exceptionally well kitted out and as a guest you will have everything that you need to ensure a relaxing, unforgettable experience. My husband Tony and I will be available to assist with any additional information or arrangements that you might require. The studio is secure and very private with a secluded garden where you can relax and enjoy a glass of wine. If you wish there is even a Weber for you to barbeque your own dinner!

The Constantia area is renowned for it's world class restaurant's and award winning wine farms where you can enjoy fabulous wine tastings and gourmet picnic's on the slopes of the mountains. The studio is extremely central with blue flag beaches a 15 minute drive away. Table Mountain and the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront are a mere 20 minute drive away.
