Nestled along the serene coastline of Mangawhai Heads, this upscale beach home offers panoramic ocean views, lovingly curated interiors featuring modern decor and floor to ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light. The generous living spaces and outdoor lounges create a haven for relaxation and enjoyment.
A two minute stroll and your toes are in the sand at either the Surf Beach or Estuary. Enjoy a Barbecue on the deck after a day at the beach watching the waves break and the colours change in the sky over the sand dunes unique to this magical place.
The entry level of the home boasts 3 bedrooms; one with a Queen bed, a second with a Single bunk set and the third a baby's room with cot and change table. Also on this level is a comfortable living room with a 65 Smart TV, kitchenette and dining space, indoor laundry and bathroom. Upstairs you will find the Master bedroom with a king and en suite, well appointed kitchen and main dining area, as well as the warm and inviting living room which flows onto the outdoor dining and lounge area. Heat Pumps on both levels, ensure year round comfort, while heated tile floors in both bathrooms provide a touch of luxury and warmth.
There is a portacot, highchair and baby bath for those with little ones.
NOTES:
1. There is parking for 2 cars beside the house (3 at a push with one across the front of the garage) and it is not suitable for trailers or boats.
LINEN: For this property one set of linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels) is included as part of the Cleaning Fee, just bring your beach towels. If you are staying longer and want additional linen changes/cleaning, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
