I is very spacious, and beautifully decorated with several floors. It doesn't have an elevator, but other than that it's a truly nice property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for our four-family weekend in Savannah. Gorgeous and well-maintained old house with very good AC (important for Savannah in June). House was well-equipped and comfortable. Perfect location, being only a block off of Forsyth Park, we were able to walk almost everywhere we went. The company was proactive; check in and check out were a breeze. Would stay here again, and would highly recommend to others!

Beautiful home with multiple places for gathering. Very short walk to Forsyth Park with easy trolley access. Kitchens (yes, there are 2!) both have lots of things for cooking and eating at the house. Kroger is a short walk, too. Great place to get together with family or friends where you can be together, but still have privacy!

Wonderful home for a Savannah Vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the deck for our morning coffee and walks around Savannah during the day. Everyplace we wanted to go was no more than a mile away, so a perfect location for us. Although the kitchen was well stocked for cooking at home, we chose to experience Savannah’s many excellent restaurants. The kitchen table seats 8 so plenty of room for our late night card games. The house was clean and comfortable. The staff was available for any questions. Our family would highly recommend this home.

Great family visit!

Perfect spot for a family trip to Savannah. Three generations - grandparents got their own space on the ground floor, and plenty of room for kids and grandkids on the third. Great kitchen! Everyone loved being able to sit together on the deck and walk to the park. The management company was lovely when we left something behind and had to come get it after check out. Would love to stay again!

So enjoyable

5 senior siblings with 4 spouses gets together in different locations twice a year, one sibling had Savannah on her list tho others hade been to Savannah previously. Great time by all, Savannah very friendly, beautiful historical city. Hop on and off drivers add so much history and fun. House was perfect location, spacious and best stocked kitchen ever

Savannah’s Best

Traveled with a group of 8 friends to Savannah for the weekend, Aaron Lewis concert. The house was a perfect pick and located close to everything. It is a beautiful home with tons of space and charm. Would definitely recommend and we will be back soon. Thank you for an amazing stay

Lovely stay

We were there for a few days and the house was exactly what we needed. It was a retreat from the busy and a time of building family memories. Close to everything we were looking to visit while in Savannah.

Excellent House for Family Get-Together

Property was as advertised. Spacious home with very nice accommodations. Easy walk through historic areas to downtown and the riverfront. We had a wonderful stay.

Not worth it

Slow response from mgmt. looks good in pics. dirty. Old. Smelly. Uncomfortable. Appliances not in working order. Showers leak. Plumbing fixtures loose. Stepped on 3 inch chunks of pointed broken glass. Sharp broken corners of tile in bath.. sketchy area.

Perfect for 2 families

The house is unassuming from the outside and spectacular inside!! The layout was perfect for our 2 families to enjoy space together and separate. Close to everything, including the wedding venue Victory North. Noise does travel from upper levels to the bottom floor, including from owners home next door, but a small noise cancelling fan I brought took care of that!

Great property, well located

We had a grand time. Our only complaint was about the management company. It told us we did not have access to an outside terrace that was in the original description. We eventually found the key hanging on the refrigerator. It was a minor annoyance.

Girls Getaway

There were 8 of us, sisters, first cousins and nieces. We had the best time. The house was perfect for us and had everything we needed. We parked the cars on arrival and did not get in them again until leaving. We walked everywhere.

Perfect Location and Great Homey Feel

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time I was at the 817 Abercorn location - once in March and just recently in October. It is the perfect location - we loved walking through the neighborhoods to the River Road and main shopping area with restaurants. Krogers with Starbucks was a block and a half away - very handy! Savannah is a beautiful city and we enjoyed every bit of it. The house is amazing - slept 8 comfortably, with two people per bathroom (this is important for women!). We had a problem with the lock one evening and someone came to repair it by 9 a.m. the next day. I would highly recommend this location.

Beautiful, clean home. Lucky Savannah Rentals needs to do better in their check-in process and not say someone is coming to help and it doesn’t happen and all along they were giving incorrect access information.

Well Equipped & Great Location

We stayed for an extended family get-together with 9 total guests. Two of our guests were elderly mobility limited, so the walk-in living area on ground floor with kitchen, bedrooms and restrooms was priceless as they never had to tackle the stairs. The house itself is set up for living--comfy hang out spaces and a nice gas grill and a well-equipped kitchen made real cooking easy. The only thing of note is the listing notes the beds are queens, but they felt smaller than standard queen. More like in-between a queen and a double bed size. So, in our experience, those sharing will be cozy, or, may prefer to sleep separately as a result. Beyond that, we LOVED the location. Walking distance to virtually everything, and if you're feeling like you don't want to walk and want a unique experience, Pink Bike Taxi was awesome and picks up right at the house. The rental agency staff was responsive & available when we had questions once in the house. We enjoyed our stay!

Very Nice

The house was nicely appointed, re size,decor and layout. The location was convenient to those areas that we wanted to visit. Overall, this rental was perfect for the occasion and the family loved it.
